I'm sure you are not naive to think AOX (Army of Xerxes), or a reasonable facsimile, cannot or will not be created in order to see the legal process through to completion. Most of the money and preparation is already spent and done.

A new twist to the RR Theorem:

The more a West pilot accepts that s/he has no more leverage to ever secure the Nic the more that same West pilot will attempt to suppress her/his discomfort with a new Happy T-shirt....

AOL UPDATE (Next Meet and Greet!):

Everyone should immediately cease to ever use the word "Nicolau" or any variation thereof. All effort should be to remove any notion that West pilots ever attempted to cash the Nic Lottery Ticket. Nicolau must be forgotten and forever replaced with the notion that the West struggle for integrity and righteousness has always been and will always be the defeat of DOH!

We will have a meet and greet on Dec 9th. Bring your "Nic or Nothing" T-shirts (concealed in an opaque bag) and we will issue you the new Dead Horse DOH T-shirts for half price.

RR is real good at making predictions and theorems which fall flat. It's a joy watching him flounder. It's a good thing he doesn't make decisions for West pilots.
 
He just can't stand the idea he's not going to be negotiating for West pilots.
 
He'll probably compete for space with the bathrooom attendant in CLT selling artifacts from an extinct airway to start funding the Angry FO Club.

My reading of RR is that he occasionally uses sarcasm to illustrate a point. When effectively done it's written in a serious tone, yet states the opposite of what you believe. It momentarily distracts and deflates the opponent's argument.

So, how is that DOH quest working out for you?  I guess you don't keep up much with current events and like PI can't read a single filing before posting (we all know you are 100% emotion when posting, hence the "slight" inaccuracies in your predictions 😀).  Looks like your DOH "slam dunk" is not so "slam dunkish"  after all.
 
But, for the sake of discussing your C&BLs, which have about as much weight at this point as Sadaam Hussein, we can sum it up in one statement:  Just because an idiot writes it on paper in a scab union's Bylaws gives it no legitimacy at all.  
 
FUKU is dead.  The APA will not touch your DFR claim and you will be turning all excess funds over to our new union, the Allied Pilots Association.

Going great. Right now the West Class is matching us at about 50% of our contributions. Keep those moneys coming!  This is silly.  Why would the East need any "fund drive" right now?  Question, with any kind of loss in front of Silver is the West Class going to continue to fund Harper, or simply cut him off? Thank you Graceson.  Now both you and Phoenix have grasped the gold ring.  Funny thing is how sometimes even my fellow East pilots are "distracted!"  My departure from this circus is on a Prechilli countdown now.  My plan to beat this foul addiction is to not even come to this forum, at all, once I am gone.  How does 30 December sound to you all?  A few days late, but it will be my Christmas gift to the West Class, should give them a leg up here!  🙂  RR

Yep.  But it looks like Prechilli is trying to have it both ways (yikes, bad image!)  She still thinks the NIC will be crammed down on us.  And hey, as of last Feb, I am now paid some semblance of industry standard, with increases on the way.  Those LOA 93 jabs never did sting, now they mean even less.  RR

 A better question is how can you sue USAPA if they no longer exist?... the MOU says all prior agreements, etc. go away...  You are a sad case and has been suggested... perhaps someone who cares about you could seek professional help for your illness ....
