[SIZE=medium]Acting under uncontrolled rage and revenge, DiOrio and Frear have successfully called for a recall of our President and VP.  In order to “get to” Hummel, they threw our Founder Bradford under the bus by making a deal with the West Pilots that to recall Hummel AND Bradford.  The West has been foaming at the mouth to recall Bradford for years, and politically it fit just perfect with the rabid actions of the “Recall 6.”[/SIZE]

You will see tonight the results of reasonable and thoughtful men running our union. I have not seen any improvement in my lifestyle since aircraft flew into buildings. That just changed. More success to come unless our small minded and angry minority get their way.

[SIZE=medium]Just in case you all are unsure, the only recalls currently scheduled are for Hummel and Bradford.  That is unless the BPR decides to continue its destruction of all we have worked for over the last 5 years, and recall the other two Officers.  I am sure the S/T will shortly announce the voting.  Simply a matter  of time and resources.  With all that is going on, M/B and the JNC process, it is sad our union has to divert time and effort to such folly.  Shame on those toddlers who choose to burn down the house just as we face our biggest challenges, and perhaps biggest successes.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]If the recall succeeds, an election will be called.  It is entirely possible that Eric Fergeson could end up as President of USAPA going into M/B, as the East will split their vote among at least 2 other candidates.  If he wins, you can be sure Fergeson will re-staff the NAC and Merger Committees in order to install the NIC as our bargaining position.[/SIZE]
 
[SIZE=medium]If the membership elects to change the voting to “roll call” the West Class will gain even more power on the BPR.[/SIZE]
 
[SIZE=medium]If the membership elects to hand over the dissolution of USAPA to the BPR, instead of the Officers, the West Class will have an inside seat on all decisions and moneys as they continue to sue us after decertification.[/SIZE]
 
[SIZE=medium]What a sad day that such “little” men and their search for power and penis size compensation choose to ruin all we have worked for.[/SIZE]

GARY, is no "PEACEMAKER" , our KING CEO is well , no line pilot(HE THINKS HE IS ABOVE OUR CLOUDS)! The last UNION meeting I attended with him present said it all! NUFF SAID RECALL the AHO&$!

RECALLING GIVE IT AWAY GARY, has nothing to do with "WEST CLASS"! We are 1 union?

Paul DiOrio spent almost 4 years on full flight pay loss.  He also chose to be paid “higher” than his actual trained aircraft as per LOA 95. The founders only took 85 hours and the aircraft pay they flew.  He told the Treasurer he “deserved it.”  He was thankfully finally removed by Hummel from the NAC.  Look at your paycheck on the 15th and see the results of a successful negotiation process.  Bob Frear was appointed to the NAC with support of the founders early on, and QUIT because he wanted to accept the NIC;  in fact he fought with DiOrio. He QUIT.   Frear wanted to once again be placed on the NAC (in fact as Chairman) by Gary.  Gary actually was going to do it, but the founders intervened and stopped the insanity. Thank goodness!
 
DiOrio and Frear so hate Hummel that they were willing to throw Steve Bradford under the bus with the West Class in order to get their revenge. As to one of the founding principles of the union, avoiding roll call unless absolutely necessary…they want to bring it back to “neuter” the voting of our DCA Reps.  Shameful

YES it is! Thank BILL MCKEE and the CLT REPS because , our boy GIVE IT AWAY GARY, thought you should just get the raise at DOUGS convenience!

Judge Silver will issue an order trying to mediate, not rule by the law.  Hummel will then say it is over we will follow the order and not appeal.
 
If Hummel does not want to be recalled he will have to have a legal brief filed on the intent to appeal before the order comes out.  If he does not he will be recalled.  Like alpa after the nic fiasco, hummel is not trusted to follow this through.
