YES it is! Thank BILL MCKEE and the CLT REPS because , our boy GIVE IT AWAY GARY, thought you should just get the raise at DOUGS convenience!
Right on!!!

Judge Silver will issue an order trying to mediate, not rule by the law.  Hummel will then say it is over we will follow the order and not appeal.

If Hummel does not want to be recalled he will have to have a legal brief filed on the intent to appeal before the order comes out.  If he does not he will be recalled.  Like alpa after the nic fiasco, hummel is not trusted to follow this through.
Hummel fell into the choice that former East alpa mec chairman Jack Stephen had after the nic award, money and his families livlihood by bowing to alpa or doing what is best for the US Airways pilots.  hummel is being paid in full by the company while he is disabled, he will do what he thinks is best for his family and bow to the company and APA.  The US Airways pilots will do what is best for their families and recall him.

Simple as that, raw human emotion.

The APA, AMR, the UCC, Scott KIrby, and USAPA were all aware of the roadblock the CLT reps set that kept our pilots from getting anything. They were played accordingly, with one of the most masterful plays of political genius I have ever seen. But don't believe me, I am just making it up.

If you want the "source" of the retro pay look to the honorable Pete Dugstad, from DCA. It was his idea. And now PHL and CLT want to neuter his vote.

I shook the hands of all three CLT reps after the vote. They are to be commended for allowing our pilots to vote on the MOU, but no more than any Rep or any line voting pilot.  But they were played, and their crowing to this day continues to give us all a chuckle. Who cares, the result was 1.6B in improvements to our pilots.

I don't quite see anything being "given away." Really?  I just saw over $3600 extra  in my paycheck posted for November.

The check we are getting is back pay. I know who to thank for that. and I know who will never accept the Nic.

What a bunch of BS crapolla.

6347 (seniority post merger)  1619 (seniority at west)  Pxxx   FERGUSON E FO A320 PHX 11/13/71 11/17/03 1.5      (yes, that is 1.5 years of seniority at time of merger)
eric ferguson may be voted in is your worry RR?  Frankly, who cares what that greaseball thinks.  He was born in 71 and hired in late 2003.  He is doing what is best for him, if he is voted in he will be recalled.

ferguson is why the west pilots are not flying widebodies and upgrading now.  The west pilots will be stagnant and stuck in desert for years because of him.

Come on Luv!  We both take the time to stay informed. We even both log on to this forum and post. How about addressing a real reply to at least one of my points of "BS."  Especially the "crapolla" one.  Best,  RR

NO RECALL/NO NIC

When a CEO likes the leader of your union and pays him full pay to stay in office, it is a big red flag East pilots.

Recall is the only path that insures your future.

Wow. So sad. Pete Dugstad and Doug Parker, brothers in arms? Wow, I wonder what the DCA pilots (the insignificant, puny, “do not matter” DCA pilots) think of your observation?. Come on. That is just plain hateful and untrue. Do you even know Pete? RR

Unless the BPR overrules him, the West Class getting a seat a M/B will be appealed to SCOTUS. Other big union resources outside the airline industry are standing by to assist USAPA in that appeal. Just watch. RR

Your humble opinion.   hummel will have to put it in writing or he is out.

Did he help found the for profit Leonidas LLC? Did he benefit from the successful effort to quash discovery of Lenidas, LLC finances? Things that make ya wonder...

Maybe. But not his call on any appeal. The Officers already have the approval of the BPR to appeal all the way. That permission precedes Hummel, and I think even Cleary. RR

Appreciate all you have done in the past, but hummel needs to make the furture appeal apparent to the East or he is finished.

Judge Silver will issue an order as a mediator and will not rule by the law,  it will be a guaranteed appeal win.
