You only make that comment because you suspect I personally voted "no" to the company's first offer.   😀 There is no question that we accepted the company's first offer of a pay raise, and we will all enjoy our $8K signing bonus. 
 
It was a foregone conclusion that the membership would eagerly vote to accept the very first offer of a pay raise since 911.  Ray Charles saw that.  The only question was what signing incentives the BPR would settle for.   Only the "Simpletons" understood that, but they got "played".

But that simply is not the case here, unless all of the NAC, Officers, and Legal are lying.  And you will always be able to imply our pilots are stupid and will vote yes on anything, because you simply cannot prove otherwise in this instance.  If Operation Desert One had succeeded, Jimmy Carter might now be our greatest living President. But he is not. And certain individuals won elections, and others did not.  Those that lost said elections  were not at the table. They will always be able to say "we could have gotten more." [SIZE=10.5pt]Finally getting the CLT reps to let our pilots vote was a huge political win. Hands down the biggest win for the union after the NMB vote and USAPA’s handling of Sully’s event was getting the vote sent out to our “blind” pilots.[/SIZE]

The only “back room” deal I can point to is the CLT and PHL reps selling out Steve Bradford to the West for a handful of political silver.  Disgraceful.

48 hours ago a website and donation portal was set up to help Gary and Steve fight the recall.  The amounts of moneys pouring in are simply stunning, not seen since the original yellow lanyards.  As of an hour ago, two pilots have already given $500 each!  Even guys and girls that don't approve of Gary, his politics, or the way he bounces back from heart attacks; realize the folly and danger we face by opening up a new election cycle, and changing our CBL for trivial "BPR" power voting.

The CLT and PHL reps are traitors to all east pilots and USAPA. No other way to look at it. To put the union in jeapardy of no President or Vice President until June when the nomination cycle and election would end is insane. So I guess they are stupid as well as traitors. Their actions show the seniority integration and joint contract are less important than their own egos and personal hatred of our elected leadership. The APA must be amused.

Leonidas, LLC was smart enough to set up a legal corporation, publish goals, and inherently admit they are a for profit organization.    And people still send in their donations.  
 
This website is a black hole.  Who is collecting the money?  What will they spend it on?  Why does a group of anonymous website savvy collectors assume donations will flow without any transparency at all, about who they are or what they will spend it on.  Who will pay taxes on the gifts? Who will have to declare it on their personal income tax filings?  
 
We already pay dues so we get to vote.  P. T. Barnum's theorem in full glory.  
 
A fool is easily played from his money.
 
The players are gloating in collections from people who are already paying the highest dues in the industry...   Even if Hummel were to be photographed wearing a dunce cap it wouldn't be possible for him to look stupid with such a backdrop..., unless he got caught donating.  
 
Perhaps Bradford can play Hummel by denouncing anonymous website collections before Hummel does, since Bradford's whole goal with USAPA was to give pilots a vote, something anonymous website collectors shouldn't pretend to resell.

But you keep paying Gary 200,000 plus I'm sure he has a nice position at the new airline waiting for him at our expense.  Hey, enjoy you 8,000 bonus but be sure to THANK YOUR CLT AND PHL REPS FOR YOUR RETRO PAY, GARY DID NOT WANT TO FIGHT FOR IT.

You guys will probably be able to throw out Gary and the Founder, and throw the union into a new election. An election in which the East vote will almost surely be split, and the West Candidate will win.  You might even get under the wire and be able to alter the committee structure going into M/B, especially if Silver causes any delays in the process.  Nicely played, especially the way you got our own guys to sell out Bradford.  [/SIZE]

Wow.  I will back the drill off, seems we have hit a nerve (and uncovered your true persona!)   You have some serious issues rising up, not sure what to make of that, but don't care.  You keep focusing on "the 8K" as if means anything.   A group II C/O top of scale will make an extra 5K each every month.  Even our "blind" pilots were smart enough to know it was time to take a good deal, and not hold out for lost retirement and back wages.  85% of them supported this deal.  And the way the donations are pouring in, they must be willing to spend a little of their new found wages on a good cause.

Bradford could play Hummel simply by being first to disavow being associated with an anonymous website collection until these simpleton questions are answered.
