Hope you don't mind working Christmas and Thanksgiving for the rest of your careers.

Stagnation with integration.

What are you talking about? I haven't worked holidays in 25yrs..........probably twice the length of your AWA career......

Any idiot willing to stay on LOA93 and then rationalize that decision is a lost cause.

You've evidently opted to stay furloughed in the face of a possibly imminent merger. Enough said about "Any idiot", much less "willing to stay on..."...."and then rationalize that decision is a lost cause."

I agree. Yet your side repeatedly asks the west to compromise. Why do they do that?

Subtlety isn't your strong suit, it seems. The glaringly obvious reason for doing so would be evidencing the irrational intransigence of your position for future legal reference. Otherwise, why even waste the time?

I think your right on about that, and probably several other posters as well.

Judge Silvers October 11th court order, Regarding the seniority dispute of The USAirways pilots.

"IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the Clerk of Court shall enter judgment dismissing
Counts I and III of the complaint and in favor of US Airline Pilots Association on Count II
of the complaint stating US Airline Pilots Association’s seniority proposal does not breach
its duty of fair representation provided it is supported by a legitimate union purpose.

DATED this 11th day of October, 2012."

So...how much do you draw while furloughed?

Move2CLT: Enough to pay the bills. Your wife helps out when you go out on trips."

Of course subsequently, this wholesale BS was offered: Move2CLT: "As a Captain, I don't make a habit of beating up FOs, especially old ones like yourself." Hmmm...Must be the only furloughed "Captain" currently on either list here.

The lad's simply none-too-bright, a bit "challenged" where the truth is concerned, and unable to maintain a consistent story line...or even a balanced bag full of BS.

Additional Silver info and the key to resolving this dispute from the beginning.(Notwithstanding, anyone can attempt to sue for DFR after contract signing)

But being “bound” by the Transition Agreement has very little meaning in the context
of the present case. It is undisputed that the Transition Agreement can be modified at any
time “by written agreement of [USAPA] and the [US Airways].” (Doc. 156-3 at 38).
Moreover, USAPA and US Airways are now engaged in negotiations for an entirely new
collective bargaining agreement and there is no obvious impediment to USAPA and US
Airways negotiating and agreeing upon any seniority regime they wish.

So why hasn't it happened already?
