Yes the east hand has been from day one always been about DOH and taking every benefit of this merger. The only fault of the west is believing that east pilots would honor your agreements.

Wye river was a courtesy to even listen and the west had no obligation to agree to being stapled. So how is that LOA 93 working out for you after 10 years?

The real blame falls on east pilots and trying to take what you could not negotiate. We will all see how that works out when the APA comes in and uses their majority to control the situation.

Oh yeah, that's right. You decided to cram DOH with fences at Wye River and our MEC told you to pound sand. Then you cried some more and started USAPA... promising a contract in 90 days and proclaiming you didn't need the west and all that. Those were good times! God you guys are dumb.

Yikes. Where do you all think those pilots might be based? (PHL, PHX, CLT, DCA) Too bad we don't already have a document already ratified that might protect all PHX and East pilots. While we are holding out for "more" the world is passing us by.

Your contract offer would specifically screw the PHX pilots dude. You obviously don't know anything because either you haven't read your union's proposed DOH with conditions and restrictions or you're just a typically USAPPA #### that misrepresents facts.

I'm just fine where we are for another couple of years... You (pl) are keeping the airline cheap which helps the bottom line, the rest of us westies will inherit the kingdom once we merge in a couple years. You are not needed.

It is a well established fact among the sane and non-dipshidiot crowd that it was the east that disengaged from talks and went all in on DOH. The west had offered 7 year fences but the east MEC (led by Rowe and Shitatoni) threatened their MC with recall if they came off DOH. They felt Nic would be generous to them so they went for it.

I'm very familiar with Wye. And it's true the east has always been face up - with DOH.

Bzzzzt, no.

The blame is all east. Didn't want to negotiate so they disengaged and went all in on arbitration.

No DOH there so lets try the USAPA route. Now coming up on 10 years under LOA93.

It's all yours boo.

Did you actually believe what USAPA promised? Hey give us 90 days and we'll give you a neeeew contract and toss binding arbitration, all because we're changing the unions name! If so, I've got some nice waterfront property in Arizona to sell you. I'll sell it to you cheaper than what that bottle of USAPA snake oil cost you. What did you pay for that? $900 million? Jeeessh.
