I choose to ignore the petty little loser windbag.

You make that clearer with every mighty, internet tough-guy/"spartan" post you make Junior 😉 God made us all for His purposes. Some, I suppose, had to be made just mouthy little pizzants, it seems. I'll not presume on His Wisdom in that.

Run along back to your fellow "spartans" now. 😉

I wouldn't so sure about that, after all it's the NMB requesting USAPA and the Company move forward with the other 29 sections of a JCBA. USAPA will be willing to move forward on that basis and that puts the ball in the company's court, any foot dragging at that point will clearly be "Team Tempe's".

Who knows, maybe a JCBA can be negotiated that will be "so good" that the NIC won't even matter. Then again, maybe donkeys will fly out of my ass.

Scabs Collelo, Hummel and their cash milker Wilder met with the NMB. No big deal. LCCs response is going to be what is the difference if we are at an impasse over section 22 or some other section?

read all of Hummels letter. then remind yourself that the NAC is soliciting ideas from the West. the only idea to date is to use the Nic or get sued...and we are taking the company with usapa...oh, and BTW, Silver just told the company they have the responsibility to ensure that uscaba has a LUP or they are on the hook,,

Just because the scabs still do not get what a unions DFR is, does not mean the NMB will do shot to the company when they reply.

I may not be move2clt but I signed papers today to build a home outside CHS. Looking forward to my move.

Enjoy the 2 leg commute back to PHX to perform your job. Look forward to seeing you!

This is it, end of the line for the easthole division hard liners. There will be a deal and it will be contingent on the Nic.

Looking forward to seeing claxhole's head explode.

Guess you missed Silvers' ruling. Make sure you get the hurricane shutters.

Then you'll split a gut on this one...

I hear NORAD will put a GPS on you to find out if you'll finally make it to CLT by Christmas or will everybody miss out on their gift, namely YOU, Capt. Santa Claus 😛

Meep-meep 😛 😛 😛
Now that's funny!!!!

I did read the whole letter. The meeting with the NMB was in response to a USAPA request to restart mediated negotiations. The response of the NMB ( I think) to that request was and I quote verbatim: "This meeting was in response to our request to restart mediated negotiations with US Airways for our single Collective Bargaining Agreement. It was emphasized by the Chairman that, should the NMB recommence mediated negotiations between USAPA and US Airways, consideration of the contentious seniority issue must be postponed until all other sections of the contract in dispute have been tentatively agreed upon."

The only question I have regarding the above statement is, is "the Chairman" being referred to, the NMB Chairman or the Negotiating Committee Chairman? Makes a big difference and it's not at all clear in Hummel's letter.

Oh well then!...Why didn't you say so long ago? As a westie "hero"...all must certainly now go as you wish! (Good luck with that perspective). There's no longer any possible doubt that "the rest of the world" will revolve around your wishes. 🙂 If it ever fails to...just threaten everyone in sight with some "dire wolves", "spartans" and "knights" 😉

I've now given up on any suggestions for any nicsters to just simply grow up. What's the point in even making such suggestions?

So you really are move the douche? Or are you his livin' lovin' roomate fodase?

Will that house become a rental property? Are you about to retire? Should the east be shaking in their boots?

And more importantly, why should I care???

Meep-meep 😛 😛 😛

Indeed, but, in fairness; not all of us are equipped with the full knowledge and understanding of just how truly "special" and "important" these people are. 🙂 They really ARE!...Seriously; just ask them! 😉

I'm certain that all of Charleston is frantically planning a new holiday to honor his arrival...........after all...you just don't see a "spartan", "knight" or "dire wolf" come to town every day 🙂

Dude, we get the whole projection thing. And we understand. No anger at all. Only compassion. Living a lie in that uptight, conformist desert tract home neighborhood must be a daily pressure cooker for a guy like you. You're like Kevin Spacey's marine Colonel neighbor in American Beauty. All that tough talk and STFU lashing out was a cry for help. We all get it now.

Union politics aside, the whole forum community is on your side. We're rooting for you. Time to take the first step.

Wow boo, you are really well versed in this gay stuff. It's quite obvious you have an intimate knowledge in this area and you work hard at it.

You know your states, dates, movie references - pretty impressive. And your so open about it.

This last election cycle must have excited you immensely. Good for you and your fellas.

Who honestly cares where you Westoffs want to move?

I do have some inherited in Florida, but still-swamp land we could set up a compound for them on. No thanks needed....I'm willing to make that sacrifice to honor the west's many nicster "heroes". There's more than plenty of room for a generously sized pen for the "dire wolves" as well, so I'd see no problems.
