OCT/NOV 2012 US Pilots Labor Discussion

Given the TA between APA and AA, and the fact that the Term Sheet is thus largely inadequate, rendering the MOU largely irrelevant, I'm quite comfortable that Parker yanked the flawed document off the table, thereby preventing certain misguided individuals from mistakenly rushing to accept an inferior and self damaging agreement.

I thought the MOU just flat out sucked, and there was nothing this outfit called usapa would ever be able to do to make it better, and all we could do is hurt ourselves with it. I just wanted it gone. Whatever the mechanics of it, I'm glad the MOU appears to be out of the question.

I am bored of pilots trying to stir up our emotions and direct our dicontent into blaming our reps.

At this point, after all the representative elections, anyone who is still engaged in fragging and friendly fire is just way of base, imho.

DUI has been basking in the glow of the employee union's self-immolation for far too long. The pilot group has folks that seem particularly addicted to incite self-immolation. Enough already about the sky falling.

At this point I think anyone with an agenda to "lead" pilots to hate other pilots is a "leader" that is off target... Waaayyy off target... 180 degrees off target.
How hypocritical of you since you are one of the bigger ALPA rep bashers..

Also you were one of the bigger proponents of the Rico suit and the "ID theft" law suits. How did that work out for you? Create the " unity" you were looking for? But now you want the fragging to stop.

Better read the CLT updates a little closer. The not so veiled attacks on the west are still there.

Let's see here. The most rabid west-nicster posters want the recall. USA320 and Trader both want the recall. Hmm...All that enthusiastic support alone makes it pretty obvious which way's best to go with here....

US AIRLINE PILOTS ASSOCIATION’S MEMORANDUM OF LAW IN OPPOSITION TO USAIRWAYS, INC.’S MOTION FORRELIEF FROM JUDGMENT.

Laymen s terms, USAPA thinks the company is stalling negotiations with the aid of the west pilots. American Airlines pilots are interested in all the videos and court garbage, the west and the company are emanating.

The company knows an appeal would have been looked upon as frivolous, by the 9th Circuit Court, so they chose appealing to Judge Silver.

Why would you want to vote on that POS MOU. You would have to be an idiot to vote for that.

I'm lucky I have you and Bill "Firewall" McKee to protect me from myself.

Can you guys help me find my DOH seniority list and LOA 93 snapback?
