Wow, you can just yap up a storm there dog-fight gramps!!

That Army....

Is an infantile imagining of egually immature people....period. That you should champion it as some so-called "Army" comes as no surprise. Now run back to your Xbox, little "spartan" 😉

That's a given.

No one on the east gives a rat's ass about any DFR lawsuit. We'll pay to defend it; the west will pay to prosecute it, and defend it, too! I love it!

Nothing can happen until there is a new contract. If the west sues, the contract will be in place and POSSIBLY the section on seniority may be enjoined while the courts move at their lightning speed to resolve it. Who cares? By the time it is finally decided, most of us on the east with issues on the Nic will be retired.

You are quite correct. And today will be the next nail driven home in the Nic coffin. Their own leader will finally make it perfectly clear what they are facing now with their lost lottery ticket. The one Kirby told them they could never cash, the award ALPA warned them about trying to make happen with all the risk. And Parker earlier telling them This is for YOU guys to decide. Now Silver tells them the same. This entire thing is grinding to a screeching halt. Today, Parker will warn them again. They just can't seem to listen.

What nonsense you spew.

You keep bringing up LOA 93 like a mantra.

We look at it this way. We had the premier contracts in the industry for decades before your pathetic little airline of misfits and dunces ever even took flight. And, when that stain on airline aviation actually took place in, what?, 1983, you were working in conditions FAR worse than our LOA 93, even adjusted for inflation.

And you weak sisters held that "effective LOA 93" status for the entire period of your substandard operations. You have been on your own "LOA 93" for nearly 30 years; we have endured it for less than 10. Sure, right this moment your own "LOA 93" is a bit better than that of about 75% of the east pilots. But history cannot be changed. You are the loser carrier of the airline industry without ever the balls to get anything better.

Now that the senile old man gave you the chance to steal others' jobs, you think you've got it made.

Well, like they say here in the civilized world: Fuggedaboudit!

You had the "premier" contract for what, 2 months? LMAO.

And you've had the #### contract for what, 10years? LMFAO!!!

So save your crap because I don't want to hear it gramps. We've had some industry-leading items in our contract for quite some time and if you'd pull your head out of your ass and read our contract you'd have seen that.

For someone on LOA93, no pension, etc, you have no place to call anyone a loser other than that guy you look at in the mirror every morning.

Most of you east idiots are going to retire under LOA 93 and you deserve to do so. You brought this on yourselves and you deserve the pain that goes with your stupidity. All that time on your "premier" contract has been wiped away by LOA93.

Congrats on that. And I'm still amazed at the stupidity out east that tries to spin that into something not so bad.

That senile old man was very generous to you guys considering your career expectations were ZERO. With one foot in liquidation, those holidays were looking grim.

Calm down gramps. I'm sure one of the teens on your XBox network will answer your call to dogfight. Another swig of Geritol for you and a quick read of the AARP newsletter while you wait?

USAPA gives a huge rat's ass about a DFR as does the company. First off, the chances the company accepts your DOH list is nonexistent. Second, even if the list made it into a TA, an injunction would prevent the contract from ever seeing the light of day for years.

Either way, no DOH for you. Never going to happen.

And since I have access to the APA boards, I can tell you for a fact that the APA has no interest in your DOH either.

End of story.

And expect the company's appeal to be filed here in a week or so.

More time in court while you sit on LOA93.

It doesn't appear there is much patience or faith in the upcoming CrewNews. Parker has probably advised security to stay very close and be prepared.. and told the filming crew to immediately stop filming if there are any problems (the regular security cameras will be just fine)... just saying, Doug is likely smarter than a lot of people give him credit for.

Ya think? Maybe you east guys should have figured that one out before you started referring to him as an "commuter CEO."

Years later, you're still on LOA93 saving him gobs of money.

The company does.

Why would they put themselves in harm's way by negotiating a DOH seniority list without immunity?
