Agreed, $1B in synergies can eliminate any trouble from a group that can't raise even 0.5% of that to sue. Easy to move on past that.

Have you ever thought as to why the company is working so hard to get the courts to give them immunity? If the Nic wasn't such a big deal, I'm sure the company would have accepted USAPA's DOH list and moved on long ago.

But, alas, they haven't. Because they can't and they know it. What they're doing now is insulating themselves against USAPA's stupidity.

The Nic is a big deal and its the ONLY deal.

This is where usapa and the east logic fails.

You guys are arguing the facts today. The usapa C&BL state unmerged career expectations. We have to go back to the facts that existed at the PID. In 2005 there were 1700 east pilots furloughed.

Trying to argue there are not east furloughed today would be POST merger and against the usapa C&BL and you have all told us how controlling and all powerful that document is.

It is about to start the year 2013. That was 8, EIGHT years ago. It means NOTHING now. We have moved way, way past your little spot in time. USAPA gives a huge rat's ass about a DFR as does the company. First off, the chances the company accepts your DOH list is nonexistent. Second, even if the list made it into a TA, an injunction would prevent the contract from ever seeing the light of day for years.

Either way, no DOH for you. Never going to happen.

And since I have access to the APA boards, I can tell you for a fact that the APA has no interest in your DOH either.

End of story.

And expect the company's appeal to be filed here in a week or so.
