I will be the first to agree when the East was told by the arbitrator making the list that DOH wouldn't fly, and then they came back with DOH or nothing again... wtf were they thinking??

But aren't you guys doing the exact same thing? You are saying NIC or nothing. You are being told in court that the NIC may not happen. And all you come back with, or go all in with, is NIC or nothing... Don't you think another "wtf" is in order??

Completely different situations.

One was during arbitration. the other is AFTER.

Who would have negotiate for the west? usapa? east pilots?

The west has a certified class lead by Loenidas. their stated objective is enforcing the Nicolau. They are not in the business of changing that. Anyone usapa could dig up to even talk to them about dealing would have not authority or following. Why would negotiate our own murder? usapa says it has to be DOH. What are we going to negotiate? A DOH list harms the west.

Besides. usapa and east pilots have proven you can't be trusted and their word is not good. Basic scum bags. Why would the west subject ourselves once again to lies and bad faith bargaining from people with no integrity? East pilots burned the trust bridge a long time ago.

I want to explain....I am not totally for DOH, but I have to stand up against the NIC. Most of my posts have been only against having the NIC shoved up our 6's. I truely hope we can reach some middle ground.....and don't give me that BS that the NIC is middle ground.
