What's new

TATTLETALE

I can only think the Westies are reading this like holy craps! Is this what happens on the East when you nark out your fellow crews?

Not at all! Some of you girls out East probably can't wear the dress or skirt because the pax and your coworkers might see your cajones!

All I can say for poor Cyndy...you reap what you sow.

Honey, TONS of the nutty nines did ATH all summer when it came back to the gate for quick call every night. There were ATH crews that were all 2000 hires. It's not that big of a thing...

This rotten #### deserves everything she gets. No sympathy... she's not only sped up her own retirement- she's transfering to CLT, sure they'll love her there- she's intensified an already divided workforce. What a tool.
Honey...I know ACrazy8 quite well. I was having some fun with him on here. Oh...and Im a Crazy8 as well. Know about the late calls to cover Europe too well.

ATH? You are a crazy8. I hear LGW is a lot more fun!

It cracks me up how people think that doing transatlantic trips is like the best thing ever, like it makes you better than all the other f/as just because you just flew all night long with reserve-hating bullying hags only to arrive dead tired, and then spend 24 hours in a city that is six hours ahead. Then when you try to go to sleep you can't sleep because of the time change then you have to get up at the crack of dawn and fly across the ocean again. Or better yet, if you are a reserve you have the pleasure of getting woken up by scheds in the middle of the night to work a transatl flight then get to the plane with no food and angry pax only to fly overseas for a minimum layover. You will be lucky if you don't fall asleep during dinner, that is if you haven't passed out yet. Uh, no thanks. I've lived and traveled all over the world on my own time and that's how I prefer to do it. BTW, I used to be in the division and was a LODO and it was much better back then and the crews were a lot of fun. Unfortunately, I can't say that about the crews I've worked with on transatlantic flights during recently.

And I can hardly wait to Greet her on OUR Playground!! <grin> Boy do I feel giddy all of a sudden

This chic clearly has waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much time on her hands to worry about us reserves being out of base. Since when did she become the reserve police? Does she even know what it is like being on reserve or what we go through? She just can't get over the fact that a reserve, someone junior to her, took her seat. I think it is funny! Most airlines don't have a caste system like ours. She needs to get over it and make better arrangements next time instead of blaming a reserve. Who cares what reserves are doing anyway? As long as we sign in for our trips on time what does it matter? We're big boys and girls. We can take care of ourselves.
Hey FlightChic...ditto on the above post........(ô¿ô)

Is this the pot calling the kettle black? I found it here.

Sharon, Tina and Everyone,

I was mortified to read about our f/a's causing fights and displaying outrageous behavior at SW. Indeed, they should be permanently blacklisted by SW for this behavior. So far, I have not witnessed any of this conduct going to and from my home in FLA but if I ever do.....I will not hesitate to post the names of these creepy people on this website and the WWW. Tina's suggestion to do this was fabulous. I don't care if these people are on my flight or not. If I witness this going on at any gate.....anywhere.....I will certainly put their names out there. I am appalled.

This is a privilege and NOT a right.....we have needed this for a long time. You are supposed to be seen and NOT heard when jumpseating or nonreving ANYWHERE. Furthermore, one should go out of their way to be kind to the staff and crew of the reciprocal airline. I always make a point to bring goodies such as chocolates, tea and cookies to the gate employees and flight crew. They are doing us a HUGE favor. Don't ever forget that!

It has always been first come, first served when flying on another airline. Do you think that your seniority ever meant anything when going to Hawaii in the old days on United Airlines????

Also, if someone displays this kind of behavior in public.....I always say this is their "party manners"...this is as good as it gets. They must really be something when they are at home.

Shame on them.....I want nothing to do with people that act this way. It is low class, disgusting and beyond anything that I have ever heard of.

Sincerely,

Cyndy Atkins
PHL F/A#(edited)

You forget this post that she added immediately after that one......

I hope that the next time these very rude flight attendants cause a scene at any SWA gate....that the agents call the police and have them arrested for disorderly conduct. A night in jail with crackheads and hookers will be a lesson in humility! Unquote.

Ballsy and not in a good way!

Actually, the "Miss Manners" of the airways has it right on this issue.

Please splain?????

Who has what issue right?

Clearly you don't mean Cyndy sticking her nose in something that isn't of concern to her?????

Looks like we have someone else to accost...

So two stakes?

I'm personally getting sick of the following "battles"

East versus West

Reserves versus Blockholders

Part Timers versus Full Timers

Employees versus Management...

We're letting the god damn management divide the rank and file by giving in...I say lets stop this bulls**t!

I am completely speechless!!!!! Who on earth would put their email address much less their phone number on a public website?? That maybe the first clue that something isn't right with this person. I mean speechless!!!!!

well, all the reserves in PHL could boycott and just not pick up any etb trips. i think blk holders would have a caniption if they actually had to FLY THEIR BLOCKS!
It's ridiculous that in 2007 people still function with a caste system frame of mind: the ruling kings and queens (blockholders) and the lowly servants (reserves). hello people we all work for the same company and all do the same job, so what's the big deal about this particular reserve. as if you've ALWAYS been in base every time! i believe that like i believe i'm gonna win the lottery tonite!
