Uh...well, if the shoe fits.

You guys seem to imply the company will turn a deaf ear to your antics.

East pilots also deny the jumpseat. The difference is that when it happens to a west pilot he shrugs his shoulders and moves on. When it happens to an eastie he calls his chief pilot, his wife and his mommie.

This is a public company and Doug works for the shareholders....you guys are farking up the operation with your little tantrums...you will be eliminated..one by one, if you keep it up.

But the fact that you guys are still taxiing around on both engines and an APU to show the company that you mean business is of no import to the shareholders?

I guess all of you guys better start taxing on one engine before the company looks into this and fires your asses.

You post smells of a coward who flaps his jaw incoherently and cries for a moderator. They were not personal attacks, they were facts.

So you defend a personal attack with another?

Now my post "smells of a coward"?

Though I am sure you are as quick to run to the moderators as you are to the chief pilots office I am not to worried about your opinion of me.

I'll defer to Nostradamus

I guarantee you don't want to hear what I have to say...

I tremble in fear at your courage and anger.

I guarantee that no-one cares to hear what you have to say.

..uh...who ARE you?..are you a "somebody" to be feared?

LOL

Well, I gotta run now..it's been fun.

Nostradamus, sorry I encroached...

73's...I'll be watching for ya...count on it.

No more bull$%(& outta you.

Typical eastie;

Absolutely nothing of substance to say other than to attack the messenger.

Please explain how jumpseat denials will cause the company to respond as though they were attacked at Pearl Harbor but the whole three engine taxi thing will send the company a message that they won't dare respond.

Maybe we should take a break and continue this tomorrow. Good night.

But you told us to "stand by" and we are dutifully standing by for the next devastating broadside.
Ableoneable...you sound a lot like my 5 year old daughter...honey, is that you?

You all have clearly run out of excuses for your behavior..now you are dragging fuel into the equation..

You are a pathetic group that I look forward to loadshedding.

Bye now..

Ableoneable...you sound a lot like my 5 year old daughter...honey, is that you?

Please substantiate this claim. I have laid out several lines of argument;

Former east furloughees still employed while former west lineholders go to the street.

East pilots with less time in service working while west pilots with more are furloughed.

The denial of jumpseat will destroy the company but the east three engine taxi program will bend the company to USAPA's will.

Clearly a windfall for the east etc. etc.

What do I get in response;

EastUs says I can't run a cockpit.

Nosto calls me a liar.

The new guy completely loses it and starts asking for directions to the cornfield.

You call me a five year old but still don't respond to any of the arguments.

I submit that the one who goes personal first and starts throwing around insults is the child.

You all have clearly run out of excuses for your behavior..now you are dragging fuel into the equation..

Maybe you are mixing your metaphors here, I am not sure. "dragging fuel into the equation."; I have little idea what your point here is.

You are a pathetic group that I look forward to loadshedding.

Another constructive contribution.

"East pilots also deny the jumpseat. The difference is that when it happens to a west pilot he shrugs his shoulders and moves on. When it happens to an eastie he calls his chief pilot, his wife and his mommie."

Frankly I think it is rude and unprofessional behavior whether it’s an East or West Pilot doing the denial. Of course I would report it though I haven't heard of that many West pilots being denied.

As for the West pilot shrugging his shoulders and walking away that is his or her prerogative unless of course that’s normal operating procedure (rude and unprofessional) where they work.

Ahh another typical eastie response.

Out of a page of items cherry pick one thing, without context, to respond to and then respond weakly with a "you all are rude and unprofessional" statement.

Mtnman928 since you have so bravely picked the standard up off of the field please feel free to respond to all of the arguments:

Why is it not a windfall for east furloughees to take west jobs?

How does this demonstrate the superiority of DOH methodology?

Why are jumpseat denials surely to be vigorously pursued by management while three engine taxi is a sure fire way to bend the company to USAPA's will and the company is impotent to take action?

Anything?

Anything at all?

Another personal attack perhaps?

Typical EastUS; When you can't argue with the logic downshift into the personal attack.

Because I don't feel it appropriate to tell a pilot who is unfairly losing his job to an east furloughee to shut up and give that pilot a ride I don't know how to "run a cockpit."

If I remember correctly it was you who was adamantly stating the if the Nic came into being west pilots would have a hard time jumpseating and there was nothing that they could do about it because on the east side the captains control of the flight deck was unquestioned.

"Because I don't feel it appropriate to tell a pilot who is unfairly losing his job to an east furloughee to shut up and give that pilot a ride I don't know how to "run a cockpit." Pretty much so. When something's "The Right Thing to Do", it remains so, despite any/all associated emotional garbage...period. Do you routinely base any serious command decisions upon your coworker's emotional notions of them as well? "Well...He was being treated unfairly, andI didn't want to hurt his feelings by diirecting a course change..so I let him fly us all into the thunderstorm".....Overly dramatic? = Yes..but the point's there. If YOU deny a jumpseat, or make any given decision at all..don't blame it on your FO. He/she's not responsible for your actions. If you choose to deny any a seat..based on your FO's feelings...it's YOU who makes that choice...and..you're supposedly the captain

"If I remember correctly it was you who was adamantly stating the if the Nic came into being west pilots would have a hard time jumpseating and there was nothing that they could do about it because on the east side the captains control of the flight deck was unquestioned." You remember incorrectly. I've never said, nor even implied that jumpseats should be made some idiotic, childish tool to use in any spiteful fashion. One's either professional in conduct and actions...or NOT. Such isn't ever properly subject to some momentary whim. I don't have to "like" any of you folks to do what's proper, nor do I think the world of professional aviation revolves around my personal, petty concerns. Many out west seem somewhat "confused" on those basic ideas.

When something's "The Right Thing to Do", it remains so, despite any/all associated emotional garbage...period.

So is it "Right" that west lineholders face furlough while east furloughees will get their jobs?

If universal "Rights" and "Wrongs" are so important to you I would like an answer.

That or you can state that because I don't measure up to your particular and peculiar standards I do not deserve a response.

If I am in error I apologize.

Keep up the Hallway Monitor threats about calling in your Daddies from management, which you assume would do something other than essentially say: "So just move to the base if commuting's tough you sad clown!"....enough crap like yours and I'd almost begin to become willing to reconsider my previously reasonable position...which is unfortunately based upon personal principles..so I just can't...dang it. Sigh..it would be fun to toss YOU off a plane

You seem to be singing a slightly different tune here.

Are you, or are you not, in favor of pilots calling their "Daddies from management" when they are refused the jumpseat?
