US Pilots Labor Discussion

I went to the Charlotte meeting last tuesday and saw Roger Velez in there on his overnight I guess, taking notes on what was being said so he can take it back to AOL and try to give it to Posinelli/Shugart for additional insight, I guess, as to what was being said by the officers. More like Maxwell Smart over here.

I voiced to the BPR Charlotte reps that I was probably not going to run this time because if they were going to run and were still willing to do the job.....and it's a BIG job, then I saw no sense in upsetting the continuity of the base. They are doing a great job representing our interests, they have been doing a fine job up until now and I don't believe I could do the job any better than they are. And in these uncertain times it's most likely best not to change positions in the canoe in fast running water and rapids.

If West pilots desire change, they better reconsider what they can do to contribute to change that benefits ALL the pilots and not just what ALPA promises.....because no matter how long the court case drags on, none of us gets no where together with US Airways until we get to vote.

Here it comes......GOOD LUCK!

EOA,

I have not spoken to Roger, but could it be that he was at the meeting taking notes because he is a PHX rep, and as such he simply wanted to communicate what transpired to the PHX domicile?

I mean, if he was there as a covert operative, would not the president had called him a felon and had him illegaly evicted like the last meeting?

The only way to get to the contribution to change that you speak of in your surprisingly moderate post, is because people like Roger have enough integrity to disregard the over the top libelous actions of the moron who holds the presidents office, and continue to do their job.

Thanks for verifying that Roger Valez has more integrity and intestinal fortitude than the rest of the BPR combined.

Exactly, he let in too much of the Addington information, and not enough of USAPA s . He was even struggling about actually attempting to impose Nicolau! Unbelievable. This judge had NO idea what he was in to. He had dug himself into a swamp with regard to the RLA and his interference was telling. Bill Wilder was right on Wake. Then the 9th crushed him.
Son you really have a whacky sense of reality. Where from that instruction do you get that he let to much addington and not enough usapa. He was concerned that he let in to much for both sides. He was not trying to impose the Nicolau he was telling the jury they were not going to decide seniority. This case was about what usapa did not what Nicolau did.

These instructions came during Stephan's time on the stand. So Wake was talking about he was concerned that he had let to much usapa BS in the trial that had nothing to do with the case. The ninth said nothing even in a footnote about how much evidence being used.

Thanks for thinking of me Swan.

I do not know that I can say I remember that being released or not, seems familiar but that could be because it is fundamentally just another song based on the folk song "hush little baby".

While it replaces mockingbird with satellite, I think it was nothing more than a follow on to the success various artist had doing "mockingbird"......

If you are James Taylor and Carly Simon, you cover something and make it popular.

If you are lucky enough to have God give you a truely unique gift, it comes out sounding like this.

Mockingbird

No, not related at all. An original. Play it again, it is very relevant. Just think of Leonidas when you hear it

"Hush little Westies, don't cry like that.
Leonidas gonna buy you a Cadillac
Wake has chosen you to do his will
Reap the damage in your Coup de Ville

So send in your money and pray to Wake
USAPA s gonna wash away all your sin
And if you still can't see the light
Leonidas is going to buy a satellite

Look to the heavens and see it shine
Gets you damage, soothes your mind
Tune it in and hear it say
Counting down to damage day....

BS, how's the temperature this morning on Mars?

What is the typical temperature on Mars?

The daytime SURFACE temperature is about 80 F during rare summer days, to -200 F at the poles in winter. The AIR temperature, however, rarely gets much above 32 F.

The temperatures on the two Viking landers, measured at 1.5 meters above the surface, range from + 1° F, ( -17.2° C) to -178° F (-107° C). However, the temperature of the surface at the winter polar caps drop to -225° F, (-143° C) while the warmest soil occasionally reaches +81° F (27° C) as estimated from Viking Orbiter Infrared Thermal Mapper.

In 2004, the Spirit rover recorded the warmest temperature around +5 C and the coldest is -15 Celsius in the Guisev Crater.

Well, what do you know, the temperature on Mars is warmer than the freezer usapa's DOH seniority theft scandal is frozen in.

Bonus points for whoever comes up with the best explaination of why I choose red text.

The Leonidas Bird is coming in with some data. Seems the planet has moved position, or is attempting to do so. Where it was in the 4th location of orbit around the sun, it has been attempting to re locate to the first orbital position. Stand by........

So the Appellate Judge that descended is just as biased as Wake? I don't recall which one he was but it was crystal clear he knew what USAPA was up to and he flatly stated the west was, and would continue to be, harmed. The other two just said it wasn't ripe. I don't know why you guys get so much comfort and solace from the 9th when it is obvious you have no friends there either. Wake and the jury got it. It's not hard to understand intimidation and attempted theft. The next jury will get it too. Dfr is dfr.
Well since this guy was the appellate judge with the same opinion as WAKE, why aren't we surprised! MM! http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,1894309,00.html

Again the "SWAN" proves he's the best this is funny stuff!!!!!

Data recieved shows that although the planet attempted to change its RELATIVE orbital position, Mars remains the 4th planet.

Further data taken shows usapa is trying to get Pluto its planet status back, by leapfrogging it in front of the other planets RELATIVE positions.

However, the former 9th planet's postion, if moved, would indeed set up an instability ripe for major damages to occur throughout the solar system.

You mean Mars is trying to move its relative position from the bottom of the inner circle to the top of the inner circle? Just like a bottom reserve FO trying to jump in front of captains! Holy Cow!! USAPA is trying to do the exact same thing! Tell your home planet BS that it won't work!

What is really funny? You are owned by AWA, and you are getting LOA93
Well I've got something funnier......your w-2 compared to anyone that has flown a airplane for a living. Tell us how much you get from the great awa, probably less then SS.

The west has patience. Your group can't afford patience. You promised a quick DOH contract 4 YEARS ago to your cronies. You effed up badly. I'm more than happy to let this path you chose grind on in the courts, meanwhile LOA 93 is grinding you into poverty.
Ames your right in the same toilet bowl with us. Dont make it sound like your making a industry leading wage. Good to see you back.

Your seeing red because of the fu##ed up career you chose and the #### company you have worked for the last 5 years.

Your ex-wife cut your throat and hung you by your feet and as you bleed out you thought we would finally listen to something from you.

Your favorite saying is "better red than dead".

WHO CARES?

Some of you east guys are really weird. This post ranks up there with a couple from EastUS when he would post in his drunken stupor, dogfights and all.
