There isn't a person in America with an IQ above 45 that doesn't know EXACTLY what this trumped up "safety" B.S. really is. You guys are absolutely delusional if you think your illegal work action is going to accomplish a solitary thing..other than getting your fake union sued into BK, mass terminations of membership, and potential jail time for the leadership. It's USAPA that has totally spun out of control. The glaring, unavoidable fact that USAPA has been an utter failure is driving Cleary, (who was already insane) over the edge. Every time USAPA pulls a desperate stunt it signals the death knell of this failed experiment. No union in the history of Aviation has EVER operated as recklessly as USAPA. It's actions are increasingly manic, irresponsible, desperate, and pointless. Nobody gives a Rat's ### about the "safety" of US Airways. It's a cheap shot thrown by a bunch of absurdly incompetent, delusional maniacs. One thing is crystal clear:

USAPA is on the ropes and going down fast. Every ill advised action is getting more and more desperate. In fact, the only thing blaring louder than USAPA is the Cleary's raw, naked desperation.

Keep your coward yellow lanyards handy, you're going to need a tourniquet shortly.

And the winner of the 'best example of desperation' award goes to......Res Judicata.....save your applause for later.

Yes, as USAPA supporter, I am quite content to see their actions emptying out your pockets. Raise those funds! Keep the money coming (to both sides!)
Donating a couple of grand over 4 years is chump change to the HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars USAPA has cost you. How you don't see that is shocking. You had a chance to make significant repairs to your retirement but chose not to. That irreversible mistake will follow you and your family to the grave. I hope you have plenty of life insurance. Keep digging that hole your standing in. The DOH treasure chest is just a few more inches down!!!

Try doing your homework and show us the strike vote of every successful strike and you'll see a 95+% strike vote. You'll be hard pressed to even find a strike vote less than that because REAL union leaders know that anything less than that is an admission that unity does not exist, and a vote would not even be taken if they aren't assured a number in the high 90's. Without unity any strike will fail. The company knows it. This is union class 101. You obviously have NO experience.

Funny thing is, I just attended a meeting 2 weeks ago and had this EXACT discussion with union leaders who organized the '85 strike. (not about us but about UA/CO preparing for release from the NMB and a possible strike in our future.) We're talking Strike Preparedness guys and Family Awareness leaders. But, you keep believing your fantasy. Wear your lanyard. You may be demonstrating "unity" among the east against the west. But you are doing nothing to influence the company. You guys are not as powerful and important as you believe, by yourselves. You will get no where without the west and 95+% unity with regard to a strike. Keep going with your feel good campaign. But mark my words...

It's not about the west flying your routes, btw. It a matter of fact that the company will wait you out as your lack of unity breaks the union and the number goes from 60 to 50 to 30 to 10 to game over. Then watch how fast you get replaced and US restarts as a REAL LCC with no union and individual contracts for pilots, aka Jet Blue's initial days. Ever read Walking The Line? Ever hear of a Fleet Qual? LOA 93 will look like a good contract! :lol: You really need to do some homework and educate yourself.

Rather than ignore this ad, like they did the lame fuel school ad, I would think Tempe might just respond. Rolling over and not doing anything would be a mistake this time around.

Although normally you can't even shoot an airplane and get fired around here, I think the number of terminations will likely start to grow. Starting with Whoever in usapa was responsible for this ad.

Anybody know if this was approved by the BPR, or did Theur have his scab sidekick Ray pay Gannett? Either way, if Tempe had any balls, they would terminate the entire usapa communications committee.

Free speach, a union's rights, the first amendment and all are great things, however, there is a line, and when you cross it you forfeit your protections guaranteed by the same.

The good news is, I won't have to bid 330 to keep Thuer and Cleary from getting it. They will be on the outside looking in as Pibrat gets to captain a widebody to the continent, and Nic4us finishes his career with a great schedule and lots of time off for the grandkids.
 
Are you attempting to mock a safety awareness campaign by pointing out blatant safety deficiencies?

Bold words for a sheep. Funny thing about (FAA) investigations - the truth eventually makes it to the surface even when it has been buried under tons of corporate BS.

Once again Cleary has stepped on his USAPA. BTW, the last time you guys used my union dues for a full page USA TODAY ad! The call sign became CACTUS. I wonder what Doug is going to do this time?
