Doug Mowery negotiated LOA 93.

No, he did not.

He was handed his hat by Pollock, completely bypassed in the negotiation process. All you got (voted on, to be clear) was an LOA that met the money limits of Pollock's gift to management, securing his future job. I think Doug should have quit..but he stuck around to do the best he could with the mess he was handed. Ask him sometime how he voted on LOA 93.

But we all know the politics here, smear and run.

Stop lying.

Who was the head of the Negotiating Committee?

He and the MEC were too stupid to know the majority did not support his position.

They negotiated a contract worse than the company's orginal offer.

That's a little different from "He negotiated LOA 93." Donn H. was awfully quick to say he was there when he disagreed with the lump sum payout. Bill Pollock was the MEC chairman. Did you ever read his "I saved the airline" article?

AWA was NEVER the lowest.
A better question is who HAS the worst pay/benefits in the industry.
Suckah.

Yes HP agents had the lowest pay/benefits in the industry
Not USAirways thanks to USAirways east agents
You clearly do not know what your talking about.

Why the hell do you think I care about fate agents?

And you guys didn't give a damn about anyone in 1992.

Surprising the idiocy displayed by you time and again. Are you not really toganoflex?

The negotiating committee works at the behest of the MEC and not the other way around. The MEC has the hire/fire reins over any of their committees. You know that yet you smear your fellow pilots, depending on ignorance to not be called out. I am calling you out.

The buck stops at the MEC. You know that. The MEC could have sent the negotiating committee back yet they did not. Who is the weak sister here?

A change in union leadership might send a message to management that a small window of opportunity exist for negotiations and bargaining. This company is very paranoid and seems to like hate and discontent they might just stay the course
If we had a management that gave a s*** about employees you would be right on. They are looking for the next deal to cash in on and they punch out.

Your mom came over to my house.

what a dumbazz response!

Have you seen the new version of the movie "True Grit"?

You remind me of the guy who claims to be a doctor....Forrester. He is asked if he knows of any place to hole up since the weather is turning cold.....his response..."wall, I've got my bearskin." (all about him, btw)

dumb ####.

I'm sorry, what?

I fell asleep half way through your boring post.
