To answer the other poster, the short answer is NO, I was however a CP for 10 years and a DM member since 1996, so if it's all the same to you Sir or Madam I will speak freely on any topic of my choosing. I try to remain civil, however with folks like HP EarlyRetiree it can sometimes difficult

I was exposed to "Mentally Challenged" people in the late 1960's as we had "The Pleasant Manor, Home for Retarded Children". in my town. I don't know if you've ever seen a 45 year old man in diapers with the mind of a 2 year old or not. But don't you dare insult me. My Grandmother worked there for close to 20 years. I saw it all. The ones who were functional? They came into town to buy candy and such. Let a tourist make a snide remark and they would get the bejesus beat out of them. I personally threw a guy through a window over his comment and two of his buddies followed right behind thanks to my friends.

So lecture, insult, lie or do whatever you do. My conscience is clear, what about yours?

That said, item 96 was perhaps the funniest thing I've heard in a very long time. This item is a claim laid against US Airways (LCC) by USAPA:

96. Beginning in Spring 2007, and continuing to the present, defendants have refused to comply with previous settlements between the parties, previous arbitration awards, and previous awarded grievances.
