If they were routing for USAPA when they did those things then yes they were stupid. If they were routing for anyone else....
If these things are traced to someone not directly related or working on usapa's behalf what is left......the pilots have been flying as trained?

If we do, it will be because of morons like the one that had the "+16" stickers made up and the one sending text messages. For all of our technical know how, we are some of the stupidest people on Earth. It wasn't enough that we restrict ourseves to doing our jobs by the FOM, a few dumba$$es took it to a level that was verifiable and illegal. Now, every East pilot that writes up a discrepancy in the logbook puts a target on his/her back.

Someone better have pictures of East pilots doing it. I say it was either Leonidas or the Glass Gang, working their "magic." Why would they not do it, Leonidas has been known to do pretty much anything under the sun to get their way. Mailing rocks, feces, stealing ID s. They probably have your phone number and set up a texting operation to make it look like the east did it. This will come out. 😀 😀 😀
 
Lots of things fall in the coulda woulda shoulda category, for all of us. The best thing I think we can do at this point is just let events run their course and not kill each other(figuratively of course) in the mean time. That way when the time is right for a mutually beneficial way of moving forward, we'll have a firmer platform to work from.

This has the fingerprints of western pilots or Franke Air upon it. How easy it is to buy phones and make texts? Easy. Terrorists do it all the time, and your USAPA is most likely the victim of an attack. Make them produce photographs. Check to see if some of the phones are Phoenix or western area codes. There is already a pattern of your company turning a blind eye to this type of operation. Obviously so as they give paid vacation to those who engage in covert operations with your stolen identity. They take no action to discourage this, and actually seem to encourage it through no action. Ask the Franke Management why they don't take action, only against eastern pilots with no proof. Franke Air will engage in any and all tactics to maintain labor strife. This is one more example. Ask this judge why the Franke Air specialists are allowed immunity to pass sensitive information with impunity. It has been proven with clarity Franke Air let sensitive information out. It is proved the information was used against you. By their own admission. Then Lenidas used the stolen Franke documents to mount several attacks of propaganda. This is their specialty. Their record. The texting is just another attack, from them. Make Franke Air stand before the judge and ask IT why it allows this, and could this possibly be another Lenidas attack?

I think the TRO is a lock on Friday. But the union because they wanted to represent the pilots is still responsible for the actions of the pilots. So if as some of you say usapa is not doing these things but just individual pilots. None of you would have a problem if the company fired the pilots that are doing the illegal things would you? Do you agree that usapa should actually ask the company to fire them and usapa should not spend any time or resources defending these pilots? After all these pilots have now caused the union to spend time and money defending itself against a law suit because of illegal actions. An injunction is going to restrict the leverage that we might have in getting a contract which hurts all of us. The company has a lot of evidence that an illegal job action is happening. Who is responsible? The union? Cleary for not stopping it? Individual pilots? Someone is going to take the hit for this. Who should it be?

What kind of leadership if usapa wink and nod encouraged pilots to do this and now can not protect their jobs? Pretty reckless with someone else's career. Whatever the reason usapa shows their lack of experience and leadership. These guys are playing a dangerous game with all of our careers. You east guys have seen what can happen with bad careers. usapa and Cleary are the extreme version of pushing even farther to wreck what is left of your last years at US Airways.

Read the filings usapa says that Leonidas is not supported by the west pilots but really just 6 angry junior west pilots and are not really a class of defendants. Kind of kills their case in PHX. But give it a try. Like I said it will be fun to watch.

I have seen here the letters from Franke Air admitting you have engaged in procurement of stolen identities. This is evidence. I have seen the Franke management not take action against thieves of personal employee data, it is evidence. Evidence of a concerted western pilot and Franke Air action against USAPA.Why then, would it not be logical the next attack would be texts and stickers? Would this be the "head shot" your poster speaks of? It is a logical escalation of a frustrated western attack. And the eastern legal specialists are far superior so far, so it will be more evidence of a two prong attack from western interests against eastern pilots. That, is evident. I expect the eastern pilots to win against a ruthless western attack, backed by Franke Air.

First off you must be a new hire to the airline industry. There are no more Eastern pilots that airline went out of business many years ago. There are no Western pilots they merger with Delta.

Now "proven engager in the use of stolen material". Proven where? There has not been a court case so nothing has been proven. The FBI, TSA, NSA, CIA, States attorney General have all refused to act on this accusation because they see it for what it is. Nothing illegal. You better catch up and read the union's own propaganda. Even usapa is now calling a mishandling of information not stolen information.

BULL! If the crybabies in the east were really fed up with ALPA, they would have voted them off the property long before the Nic came out. No, the east thought they were entitled to get their way and tried to see if they could bully their way through the arbitration and integration process.

It's a shame that the truth is so foreign to so many of you.

The URL "DecertifyALPA.com" was created in November, 2004, by an east pilot....me. I figured it would come in handy at some point, and it did. When the straw finally broke the camel's back in May, 2007, I gave the URL to the group of pilots starting the card drive to dump ALPA.

I'm not a prophet, but it was obvious to me that ALPA was not long for this property. I took my meager action based on the growing consensus among the US Airways pilots. This "dump ALPA" effort far predated the Nicolau award. It just needed a catalyst to complete the chemical reaction. The ingredients had been in the mix for a long time.
