I've gotta admit Nossumclax - you've finally chosen an appropriate screen name...

Claxon: alternative spelling for klaxon; a device designed to do nothing but emit loud bursts of noise.

Jim

saurusLegend: Synonyms Related Words Antonyms
Noun 1. klaxon - a kind of loud horn formerly used on motor vehicles
claxon
horn - an alarm device that makes a loud warning sound

Boeing Boy- an annoying device that dispenses western hot air at regular intervals...........warnings, a service of claxon.

Hey moron....it was dropped because you WERE GOING TO LOOSE IT ANYWAY IN ALL PROBIBILITY
did ya miss that part. Parker was as confident of that as Isom is of the LOA 93. Arguing with you guys
is like talking to an Oak tree...except the tree is smarter!!!!!!!!!

NICDOA
NPJB

Speaking of morons,

you just admitted on the board that the West grievence was dropped because the company was confident in a win, while the LOA 93 grievence was persued even though the company is "extremely confident....what is a number very close to zero....not losing any sleep".

So, there is a double standard, if the east is going to lose a grievence anyway, it is still persued, while if the company feels the West will lose it is dropped.

And, like I said, where is my money for the min block hour grievence we won 2 years ago? this is already in the bag, we won, the company moved flying east to save east jobs and furlough more West pilots than they needed too. A huge slam against the West. Where is my money??? Why is usapa ignoring it and fighting losing hotel and LOA93 grievences rather than collecting on an already won grievence.

I may be a moron, but I know a scab union when I see one.

I don't remember being asked to weigh in on a grievance before. What IS an effective union anyway? I used to go to MEC meetings when we had ALPA. I didn't see much except arguing there either.

I honestly don't think there is any such thing as an effective union. You could turn this whole thing back over to ALPA tomorrow and it would be the same problems and the same players.

How come you guys could turn out in mass to be part of a grievance but you claim you can't organize a group to explore solutions to our current dilemma?

Yellowbag, this is the question that flew over you, idiot.

I'll answer : because they love to play the victim card. It is all part of the Leonidas victim play they love to stage.

Relax Francis.

Man I miss Pi. At least his posts had substance.

Yours are pure vapor.

Completely worthless. And how are those eastern pilots doing? Or was it Eastern?

Ask that voice in your head which one is right.

Go SF Bulls, right Nos?

Damn that was stupid.

You've got to stop listening to those voices Nos, You're sounding like a bigger fool than you already are.

And that's tough!!!

I look forward to your reply once you wake from your mental coma.

Try and answer the question sometime Franke-stein. The voice in my head wonders why you don't answer the question, but reason tells me otherwise. A320 asked you a question, but you conveniently can't answer it. Go SF Bulls, absolutely.

Here it is again yellow, slow pitch this time, watch the bolding. You know, the big letters? I am adding this : how do the western pilots prove to be so adept at amusing videos and purloining of personal information, yet claim they cannot band together in a cohesive group and negotiate for their own interests? Yet they obviously can so adeptly when the file a mass grievance? How is that so western yellow?

Man, just when I think you guys can't post anything dumber - BAMN!

First off, the only ones having a "dilemma" are you guys.

Second, with the grievances, we're working within our CBA and exercising our contractual rights.

You need to get over the fact that there s no touching the Nic. It is now as it now as it shall be.

But it's good to see you've moved a bit of your DOH mantra. Bargaining is an important part of the grieving process and you've moved into that phase quite nicely.

I remember that talk of not needing the west and how the east was in the drive's seat. I guess things have really changed for you easties. LOA 93 is REALLY starting to hurt.

So, if you're waiting for a compromise on the Nic, then you'll be waiting. And waiting. And waiting. And living on LOA 93 rates.

But you keep playing the victim. It makes me laugh.

Oooh ya, sorry Nos. I forgot you're stupid too.

I've already answered the question so look for it.

Now, back to your mental coma.

Go SF Bulls.

What I said was I considered straight DOH as toxic as the NIC. I said that over and over. I said there had to be some middle ground somewhere to move us forward. YOU and rest of you west guys/girls said NO. Your excuse was the lack of representation... what's done is done. WEll, you're ready to cough up reps for this grievence and frankly, in the big scheme of things, it doesn't mean $***. But take a problem like the seniority issue and you hide behind the lack of representation.

Is that plain enough for you?

I've never held any of the easties in high regard mainly because I consider almost all of you as lemmings and ignorant to what goes on around you.

So I shouldn't be surprised by these posts.

I'll write this slowly so you understand. Grievances are prosecuted under USAPA. I am a member of USAPA. I can grieve under USAPA. I elected a rep to represent me.

This is simple.

The TA had the west MEC , the east MEC, and the company. USAPA represents both west and east now. THERE IS NO WEST REPRESENTATION. It was made clear to you by Jack Stephan in 2004 that this is how it would be with USAPA.

So DOH or something less doesn't matter. There is no west to negotiate with. Cry all you want - it won't change.

AOL doesn't represent me, they just sue the #### out of USAPA and I donate to them..

Please stop being stupid. Your argument shows your ignorance.

And isn't USAPA free to negotiate? Why do you need us for anything? What are you worried about? You have the majority, don't you? 😛

Is that plain enough for YOU?

You should know the answer to that...

- 30, 40, 50 pilots at a crew news is a fraction of the West pilots. Hardly West pilots showing up enmasse.

- Even if they selected representatives to represent them those reps would have no legal authority in contract matters - USAPA guaranteed that with it's C&B/L's.

- Say they selected representatives anyway, giving signed documents that those reps were empowered to negotiate seniority with who - USAPA I guess. Who would finance the West seniority negotiations reps? How about dues - nothing like paying dues to a party you're negotiating against. (That could be another revenue stream for the company - "we'll negotiate for a new contract if USAPA pays up $1 million a month during negotiations." Besides, it would only take one West pilot to unravel any seniority agreement by not signing and then filing suit over any compromise reached.

USAPA made sure that the ball was in it's court, and now it's stuck with it. Nic or DOH - the only two choices and a court (or courts) will ultimately decide which.

And I would be that pilot.

Well, I'd be the first of all the western pilots to file suit - again B)
