Mikey;
I saw Ames the other day in the crew room. I mentioned that there were those of you that thought he is also Res. Not so. Ames hasn't been on the board for a while. He has events going on in his household that require his attention (I would agree).

He does send his regards.

Catcusboy,

Pass on to Ames, I hope he can overcome his household events. Not a fan of his posts here but I wish him luck with his household

Thought you were going to win LOA 93. Reality creeping into your brain finally?

What will you do? An injunction in place and LOA 93 for the foreseeable future. Oh I know, I have the answer. Do what you should have done 4 years ago and accept binding arbitration. Or quit.

Never to both...

question.........was DOH with the CA retirement vacancies from both sides "fenced" for the respective native pilots, so upward movement from attrition remains the same as before this mess came along ever considered??

Cactusboy, good seeing you the other day. Thanks for your concern. It appears my daughter will be ok. Taking the next four weeks off. See you then.

The thought of losing a child puts things in perspective. I can't see myself wasting another minute on this board.

Regards.

Well, I've quoted the contract, told you what page to read it on, related what someone who was there told me. Believe what you like because the truth isn't convenient to your line of thinking.

You are right about two things: it doesn't make sense and we didn't do it voluntarily. I gave that MEC member hell for not asking the pilot group before they did it.

I've had quite enough of this argument. Believe what you like.

Im pretty sure it's you who are having trouble with your line of thinking. You admit to a flaw in your argument yet you're convinced you are correct. It amazes me that even in the face of an obviously flawed argument you maintain to position.

The west negotiate for profit sharing separately and irrespective of the east. We each went after our own demands. PS for us and parity for the east.

You failed. We didn't.

This is the truth. I have no "I don't know" open ends in my argument like you do. Your MEC failed you.

I've wasted enough time on this...believe whatever you like.

Ames,

My daughter was literally dying in my arms at 4 am one night, due to a diabetic seizure, so I know what you mean. Everything else fades into the background at that point. I hope it all turns out for the best.
