US Pilots Labor Discussion

My self-imposed vacation from this cesspool was nice. I bet my blood pressure dropped 10 points. Then I made a mistake. I returned to see if I could find some information on Friday's hearing. While looking, I saw a bunch of posts by someone going by "Move2CLT". Very interesting to say the least. I have some comments for you move, but first some questions, and in the name of integrity, be honest.

-Are you a former AWA pilot?
-Are you a F/O?
-Do you hold a position with AOL and/or it's legal team?
-Is Move2CLT your first US Av screen name?
-And last, not certainly not least, were you on board Captain Well's aircraft and actually hear, with you own two ears, the PA that you claim resulted in her removal by security?

Thanks in advance.
Geez,

As long as she didn't use one of the 3 f's (fog, fire,f***) then it was ok.........except I forgot maybe she used the not to be mentioned 4 letter word.......safe. That must be what she said.

Regards,

Bob

..... Forget stats, this is going to be huge.

Yeah, you'll be sitting left seat on the 330 by next Tuesday and you'll have a Congressional retirement by Friday. Then World piece by Saturday. ..Big. Really big. Huge!

The company's filing late Friday afternoon says a lot. Doc 65 says:

"Full docket text for document 65:
Witness List (Sealed - Participants) by US Airways, Inc.(Marcus, Robert)"

This is after USAPA cross examined Lyle Hogg with a line of questions suggesting that the company had generated electronic messages which are being used to incriminate USAPA. In trial advocacy 101, this is called "opening the door" and it's exactly what USAPA just did for Siegel. They've opened the door for the company to now rebut USAPA with testimony explaining where the evidence came from. Someone is going to come in on Monday and tell all. The identity of this person or persons had to be sealed because obviously their testimony(ies) is/are going to end USAPA as we know it. Forget stats, this is going to be huge.

Oh No. Please don't tell me they are dragging that corpse Mike Davis back into the ring! I had hoped his fine work was done here. Maybe he has nine lives, who knows how much the company paid him for his past betrayals. Maybe he is back for more blood moneys.

By the way, glad the Company is confiding with you on their strategy. The fact they would risk success by doing so gives me a glimmer of hope they might finally be revealed for what they are.

Valarie might be the single biggest assest USAPA has right now. I look forward to her media attention.

I'm not management, I'm not Glass or Chip, or your new PHL ACP. I'm just a west pilot who can challenge your position with reasoning and facts. Apparently, a bit too effectively.

If he is in fact an AWA pilot, then he is just another lowlife who believes it is fair to steal jobs from the east pilots.

If he is in fact an AWA pilot then the absolute very best that he was ever able to achieve on his own, in his airline career, was to get hired by AWA - the absolute bottom rung of the airline career choice.

But he thinks it is now his right to steal the east jobs.

You have got to love the AWA pilot attitudes. What goes around, comes around - count on it...

Exactly right.......but keep in mind that he is just an azzhole with a big mouth, just yanking our chains for no reason. Another DH. From what I have learned over the last few months on this board.....even though the West pilots have a bone to pick with us and USAPA, there is still respect from most of them in the area of the Captain's authority. This guy is walking all over hallowed ground and it causes me to think he in not a pilot at all.

Doesn't Spirit Pay better now after the last contract?
Yes. Virgin America does have a lower rate than West (but not East), and possibly Frontier as well since they agreed to concessions recently to help the spin-off (but I haven't seen the specifics of the concessions.

Geez, you'd think that taking out a full page ad filled with lies, misdirection and half truths would have garnered at least a SMIDGEN of interest. It didn't. It sure as hell won't now either. Every real journalist smells a rat here...except Ted Reed but then again I did qualify the statement as pertaining to "Real" journalists.

 No confiding going on here. It's just a pretty simple case of connecting the dots. What I'm struggling with is the company's strategy. To a novice like me it seems risky to have USAPA bring up the issue of where the electronic traffic came from (if in fact that is what the sealed witness exhibit list is all about - I can't think of any other possibility though - some John Deans are about to come forth). But therein lies the attraction in following every move by a proven grand master like Siegel.

USAPA sure is delivering the wages for all of that dues money!! It's days like today I'm so glad I never had any interest in being a pilot.
