No not allegations, just look up the bankruptcy docs, it has do with the the attitude of the east, it has to do with the alpa mediation decision, and why it was made by NIC in such manner, because us air east was gone, it has to do with the fact the us airways today needs all the synergy's that were possible with the total complete merger, it has to do with the fact that Parker is dealing with inferior assets and despite what you guys believe is doing an ok job, your other ceo was horrible, etc.

i just think if the east knew the facts about liquidation it may help with their attitude, and stop trying to screw over everyone, stop with the alleged slow down and realize that for some reason, the us airways assets are inferior to other airlines, so you need to work harder and together to make it successful. It has to do with the fact that you guys should have been relieved that you still had jobs.

You guys should start to help the company instead of trying to destroy it.

In my opinion that is the relevance of such a fact.

Nice attempt at deflection. I said nothing about the Nic, just that the East wouldn't survive without the West operation (and most likely vice versa). But you know that and didn't have a response...

13,000+ posts, you have absolutely no life. How did you ever survive your trip to Alaska and not be on a web board 24/7/365. This place is in deep trouble and it's NOT because of the pilot group, East or West........

It really makes sense if you think about it.

The East is killing the airline. The costs are out of sight and there is no profitability on the East. The whole airline is about to go under because the East is such a financial failure and if not for the West profitability, the airline would be lost. The airline would be lost (try to sing that to Gilgan's Island theme song).

The company is hanging by a thread and about to plummet to the depths of financial hell.

Sooooo, the East should hurry up and adopt the Nic so that they (and the rest of the airline) can get the huge pay raises and make hundreds of millions of dollars.

When was the last time PIT had 600 flights a day? 2000-2001. How many flights a day did PIT have when it was closed? 100? The T/A does not allow TDY to other bases. The T/A has min block hours. So the company cannot downsize without sending that flying somewhere else. How do they do that?

How about a nice MCO, FLL, TPA west crew base? The company could do that.

How do you know that PHX is where we bleed the most? When was the last company filing that broke out profits by base? currently it is the east that is bleeding $377,000 per day because of alleged east pilot action.

I have to give you credit you are one of the few west pilots to use the word alleged when referring to the supposed job action. As far as I'm concerned the 377,000/day if that figure is accurate is because the company was not ready for the schedule shange with increased t/a flying not to mention that CLT has more flights than it can handle even when the weather is good.

The increased flying. Is this the most flying CLT has ever had? How many flights per day? CLT added a runway. Do you think that would increase capacity to CLT?

You guys keep trying to find excuses but none of it explains the statistics.

Well the earth is round it is not flat, i just thought everyone knew that, so after reading some posts it appeared that some really did not know that us air was literally within in seven days of liquidation, so the east guys need to get this information. Even after all the cuts in pay you guys took, it was not enough, you had no cash on hand, and white knights came in before the merger announcement with american west. It is a known fact to all except to the east guys i guess. Please educate yourself look up the bankrupcty documents, find out the truth. I did not mean to offend, perhaps other posts, but I was so flabbergasted by some east that was stating it was nonsense that us air east was not going to liquidate. It is a known fact, you guys dont know this?
Well the AMERICAN govt is out of money and it is still here, Educate yourself? Look up the bankruptcy documents? my guess you were hired 5 years ago tops? We lived the documents, The fact is we didn't liquidate , FACT we are not beholding to an airline(AWE) that simply thimks they came in here rescued us ( YEA ALL THAT CASH) and therefore we should get up every morning and say thank you DUI DOUG!, give you our jobs( the reason were still here, don;t recall any WEST asset sale, IE slots 60 mil) BTW when you screw with people that are told they have nothing left to lose, the usual effect is to scuttle the ship before it is boarded! MM! You might take into consideration AWE was not exactly in a position of a non zanzibar event or did those documents fail to come across your computer! What happened to LAS, why is PHX flying 30% EAST routes, look in the mirror pal! Your hub is a FLUB!

I don't have any statistics, just my observations after flying into CLT for over a quarter century.

Never seen as much traffic as I do now, not even including the rat jets in my way

The new runway has been a waste, ATC has decided a more efficient use of the airport is a jobs killer. Those in the know will agree with me.

Throw in a bunch of ATC training, more than I have ever been aware of before, and you actually have much less efficiency. Now close down 23 for the Spring, and 18C for the Fall. CLT is a badly run airport anyway, and a tragic failure in passenger comfort, other than the rocking chairs. And oh yes, don't forget those supposed 5 or 10 pesky slow taxi pilots who might bring down the entire airline.

I will work on some more excuses for you. Maybe Team Tempe and the PHX airport mangement can give CLT some advice on how to handle increased traffic..maybe not. I realize Team Tempe is still high fiving over the LOA 93 win. Those guys know how to party!

Why would I look up the documents? Ask DUI DOUG? YEA RIGHT! United merger, Delta merger? Sources, what sources? , They didn't happen okay!
