Does that birdie live in the bird nest you call your brain? "We have financing commitments for all Airbus aircraft scheduled for delivery in 2011 and 2012." Source: 2nd quarter 2011 SEC filing.

I don't see USAPA anywhere. Wait, is there someone throwing chocks into the engine?

This was the airline most of the west pilots signed onto.

The tactic painted on the side of this 757 has allowed AWA to go head to head against the most powerful domestic airline in the industry for over 25 year. The worn-out tactics of the east have weakened US to the point it was unable to fend off WN in SoCal, Florida, or BWI. Now LAS has fallen due to the effects of those same tactics.

One has to wonder if not for AWA, would PHL have been consumed by WN as well.

Naahh, could never happen to the Crown Jewels!!

How's your CMH hub doing these days?

CMH was required for LGA restrictions and DCA perimeter rule restrictions mostly. Are you bidding on any vacancies in DAY, IND or MCI?

There is no East Management, but Parker has had to deal with the distractions off an ill-conceived and ill-executed pilot work action, the consequences may have contributed to the further downsizing of LAS.

Can't decide which hat to wear, ALPA or Management can we Big Mac? Poor Parker had to close down LAS because of USAPA. Hey at least we have some really good leadership now with the ISOM Lanyard Campaign. That ought to generate some additional revenue, help our on time performance and create better metrics for executive bonuses. Yep, I'm compliant, new lanyard and ID Badge, nothing else. Man I feel better already. I'll go out and run 26.2 now I'm so motivated.

Well, at least you said "may". I don't think I have ever flown one of those LAS routes, so exactly what would any east action have to do with pulling out of the cities. Parker has explained, over and over again, the situation with LAS, so accept it.

Without a joint contract the company cannot adjust the fleet count to meet demand, so additional airplanes are carried that might otherwise be shed. This takes a temporary hiccup in the economy and turns it into terminal pneumonia.

Stranded passengers cost money to reaccomodate when the crews decide to incorrectly write up an aircraft.

Bookings decline when a reputation of pilots undermining the reliability of the schedule is built.

Need I go on? Teamwork makes the airline work in good times and bad. Temper tantrums thrown ostensibly to gain attention and leverage never work.

Please save me the doe-eyed halo-wearing, "I don't know what you're talking about"

OK, so you are going to wear your Management hat on this one. Thanks.
