I quoted the parts that made me laugh. It was those 2 parts of your original post that I was replying to. Maybe someday you'll learn to do that.

I think there's a career for you in comedy.

america west pilot recent video.

Auxier and Anger, former america west pilots depicted in this video have a sordid past. Auxier was a named defendant in a Federal Rico trial. Anger was a scab pilot in Australia, when america west airline pilots crossed a picket line.

I like where this fesces mailing idiot says " we'll give you the state of the union, or lack there of" haha what does that mean ? state of the union could be good or bad but it certainly has a "state" ... what an idiot!

Yeah, he couldn't be implying that there is a lack of unity. No chance of that.

A named defendant in the RICO case. Why don't you tell us how that case turned out? Mike Cleary is a defendant in an illegal job action case. Is Cleary a criminal because he is a defendant?

apollo says: "Auxier and Anger, former america west pilots depicted in this video have a sordid past. Auxier was a named defendant in a Federal Rico trial. Anger was a scab pilot in Australia, when america west airline pilots crossed a picket line."

AWE SHUCKS says: "I like where this fesces mailing idiot says " we'll give you the state of the union, or lack there of" haha what does that mean ? state of the union could be good or bad but it certainly has a "state" ... what an idiot!"

Regarding your claim about Capt. Auxier: The RICO lawsuit was nothing more than a act of persecution against many pilots that did nothing more than make a post on a website. I understand that others were accused of making phone calls to the USAPA 800 number as well. Was there EVER any excrement that was produced as evidence against these people? I believe not. More to the point, the case was DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and again by the court of appeals. That means my union pi$$ed away more money on LOSING LEGAL BATTLES (again).

Regarding those that were involved in the Ansett flying, don't we have a Freedom pilot that went DIRECTLY against the US Air MEC's orders? His name is........gosh I just can't think of it! It is CRIMInal to not be able to recall a name, when it's just on the tip of your tongue!

There is also a guy that is our "Union Spokesman" that is on the Continental Airlines SL. What was his name again? Boy, it was just there. Some DAY my memory exercises will help me remember this stuff!

Wait, I got it!

Steve CRIMI is the Freedom pilot that went against the wishes of his AA MEC. CRIMI is the CLT Vice Chairman!

James RAY is supposedly the CAL "s**b. RAY is on the USAPA Communications Committee and the frequent USAPA Spokesperson when on TV!

BTW, it's spelled FECES, as in FECAL matter. Shucks, do you happen to have any FECAL matter laying around? Theuer says he has a box of it. The way he blows hot air, I'm not surprised!

Children with too much time on their hands...

Well, when you have loads of time off, time on DH's (scheduled, of course) in first class AND the money to buy nice production equipment to play with a hobby.....what else can you do? If you weren't the butt of the funny video productions, you too might laugh....

I know pilots at other airlines really enjoy the bits. They shake their heads and utter something like..."You just can't fix that kind of attitude, can you?". I reply...."Apparently not." B)

The time off on administrative leave for stealing corporate identity info from the East Pilots?

Where is the money coming from for the equipment?

No, I wouldn't, they make me cringe. I'm sure other airline pilots do enjoy them, they make us look like idiots!

As far as the RICO goes, IMHO it was one of USAPA's biggest blunders. It cost a lot of money, put some innocent pilots and their families at risk, and probably did more for AOL's fund raising than anything else. I do believe some bad behavior went on, but what USAPA should have done, if they really had the evidence to back up their claims of who made the calls, was to sue those people. One of the claims about video boy:

"57. Upon information and belief, defendant Auxier made 45 telephone calls, for a total of 160 minutes, to the USAPA toll-free telephone number from telephone number (505) 710-4970. Auxier made 33 of the 45 calls between May 1 and May 7, 2008.
58. Defendant Auxier’s postings on the AWAPPA Web Board end with the message, “Have you called 877-678-7272 25 times today???”

As for James Ray, he says he did not do what was claimed of him. If you were to put him on trial, do you think a name the same as his "obscure" name on a 30+ year old piece of paper would hang him? I doubt it, but go ahead and hang him anyway, you guys like to do that while claiming injustice.

As for Crimi, with 7 years hindsight, I don't like what he did. I really don't like that he said it was "just ALPA" and for that reason didn't support him as a rep.

No, you guys make idiots of yourselves without any help. These videos merely point that out.

Hey, we agree here 100%!!

Awwww, getting a taste of your own medicine? Don't like it? Awwwww.

And yet he is once again in the hunt as you guys ignore his self-admitted scab past that Caxon/Bluto likes to ignore. As for Ray, he admitted himself to taking that job and calls to CALs MEC confirmed that his name being on the list is no mistake.

The time off on administrative leave for stealing corporate identity info from the East Pilots?
They are bidding lines and having their trips dropped with full credit so finacially they're not hurting.

BTW, the amount of time they were questioned lasted anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour for each pilot. They have not been contacted by anyone for months. It was passed along to me that the company has two 3 inch binders in their possession of which under 10 pages is dedicated to all three pilots.

Sounds to me like their role in all this was unimportant.
