You bring home a few $K more per year than us

I doubt he makes ANY more than YOU. I'm guessing just another AFO, west division, so way less than you. He may not even make as much as a lot of our F/Os as it takes about 7 years LOS to match our narrowbody rate, and no F/O over there makes our 7I or 330 rates.

I know a few captains there were actually open to compromise at one time, but now they see the chances of our NAC negotiating a contract better than what they now have as so remote that they support the west stance in order to keep what they have!
And I think this is the answer to all your questions. Ask yourself what is in it for the west? BTW even Parker says the east needs to lose loa 93 and get an injunction before they understand there is no way out and have to start looking at options. The fact that only easties are on here trying to "compromise" is in itself a small step toward admitting the huge eff up usapa was.

I'm not sure you guys understand if the east loses both, nothing is going to change, there will be no "compromise" send out all the fliers you want. We will keep what we have and you will do the same, simple no changes at all. I still think this operation will go down the tubes, just an opinion. Will see in a few weeks.

No, it really doesn't. Care to try again or are you awaiting instructions?

It sounds like a lot of the easties are sick of loa 93 and are demanding a new contract.

If you say so, but with the injunction in place usapa will get it's pipi slapped hard (see amr vs. apa)

I guess that answer is the best I can count on for a big thinker like you. You know the TA can be changed with agreement of the CBA and the company, right? That's a thin thread you are holding on to...........
No, it can't.

If it could, USAPA would have done it.

Now, what else you going to pull out of your ass?

I don't pull anything out of there, but you seem to mention it a lot.

Transition Agreement, page 14, XII, B.

Yes, we are all sick of LOA93, old news, what you have to realize is the east will never sign a contract with the NIC or a sub-standard contract (aka Kirby proposal). None of us are asking for the world, just a little old "industry standard" deal.

We are indeed sick of LOA 93. That is a fact. But not sick enough to give up DOH with the appropriate CBL trimmings. That also is a fact.

I heard here weeks ago there was a big party on the Ninth Floor concerning a total LOA 93 win for the Company. Any word on if the festivities are still going on? Maybe Doug is waiting for his injunction, so he can announce the bad news all at once.

Also, I don't see any comparison to AMR vs. APA....yet. I would expect a warning first, not a fine. If we reach the point of a fine, will it only be for the supposed rebels in CLT, or will all crew bases pay? Don't really know the answer to that one. Maybe DCA, half of PHL, and all of PHX will be exempt. You think?
