US Pilots Labor Discussion

Its not US corporate counsel who presents the case, its the outside law firms, dont you get that?

Sure, I get that. But my point is that Doug's predicitions and willingness to sue someone is generated by his legal advice, whether it is inhouse or not.

Just like USAPA, it can be a crap shoot for Doug too.

The Judge has asked for input in crafting the injunction? I'll believe that if I ever see an injunction. I remember many of us westies pontificating about the ninth taking so long because they wanted to write a narrow, iron clad ruling. Riiiighhhhht.

True, but sure is fun to make stuff up.

That's all you got?

The company and the association have to AGREE. There is no reason for the company to agree to change, now..........
That's all I've got?!? Boo boo, that's all I need. There are three parties to this agreement and with one gone, there is NO way to amend it.

Like I said, if it was possible, it would have been done a long time ago.

Keep reaching though, I'm getting a kick watching you guys try to squirm you're way out of binding arbitration.

Yes, we are all sick of LOA93, old news, what you have to realize is the east will never sign a contract with the NIC or a sub-standard contract (aka Kirby proposal). None of us are asking for the world, just a little old "industry standard" deal.
Neither is the west, just final and binding arbitration.

Only way to industry standard isnvia the Nic. End of story.

Actually, the way I see it there were four parties, US Airways, AWA, East pilots and West pilots. US Airways and AWA combined into one-US Airways, and East and West pilots combined into one-US Airways pilots. How many times have you guys said there is no one to represent the west pilots except USAPA? I said you were right about that a few posts ago. If Doug needs us, and with the whole world's foot an an economic banana peel he might, the way I read it they can BOTH agree to change the TA. Then you guys can file another DFR.

I've already suggested that USAPA agree to a 5 year extension of the contract for all US Airways pilots, you know, to help the company out. I'd love to see prechill's tag line go from "LOA 93 Observer" to "Now living LOA 93"! I'm joking, just in case you can't pick up on my subtle humor.

You're slipping U Haul. What, did JK not get back you last night? He tired of getting phone calls asking him the AOL thing to say on here?

Oh no. I wonder if US corp. communications will pick this up as another "illegal pilot job action", their words. They better check the flt. number first!

Doug, obviously, doesn't need it but wants it. Once again if this avenue were available it would have been, at the very least, explored.

It hasn't. It won't. So if this wet dream is something you guys plan on using to give yourself a bit of hope, you'll find yourselves disappointed again.

I wonder why this came up all of a sudden? Something like this, if doable, should have been mentioned long ago. That should make you easties suspicious right off the bat that this is another wild goose chase.

Stupid post boo boo even for you. This scenario was expected on 9/11 and you post is completely irrelevant to this thread.

Isn't it sickening the lengths these people will go to avoid honor and integrity? WTF was Parker drinking the day he thought rescuing these "pilots" was going to be a good move? Most of them would be better off today if Parker had left well enough alone and simply let them die as the natural laws of economics dictated. No. Dr. Frankenstein thought it would be a good idea to screw with natural order.

You're right, he should have left US alone and then the natural order would have taken care of both US and AWA.

Hey idiot....go to the black board and write 10000 times

Uh oh, is Barrister having a bad day? At least you're smart enough to admit the LOA 93 sucks. And if you guys would do your own leg work instead of listening to hearsay regarding the Nic, you might just figure out LOA 93 is worse.

And, as is quite obvious, you missed the part about me already being a Captain making $30k more a year then your captains.

ENJOY!!!!!

Sukah.
