Uh oh, is Barrister having a bad day? At least you're smart enough to admit the LOA 93 sucks. And if you guys would do your own leg work instead of listening to hearsay regarding the Nic, you might just figure out LOA 93 is worse.

And, as is quite obvious, you missed the part about me already being a Captain making $30k more a year then your captains.

ENJOY!!!!!

Sukah.

There is palpable panic in the western division. The boat is leaving with the eastern LOA win in the wings. I hear no eastern pilot interested in anything western offers. The end is near for the junior western Niclau dream. The senior western are ready for a contract that needs no Niclau.

There is no move to CLT. There is desperation in PHX. You can t sell anyway if you wanted. EHarmony is looking for some imposter posters for lonely hearts. Fear not unemployment busy one.your average numbers each day may impress them!

Today US Airways' stock price hit a 52-week low at $4.70 and is once again the securities price is drifting towards bankruptcy range, while USAPA and the UELs continue to harm the company, Cleary writes letters escalating the fight with management, and some pilots hurt the airline by driving revenue away/increasing costs.

I believe the pent up anger of some of our colleagues needs to stop once and for all. It's not healthy. I understand that life is an equal opportunity “dissapointer.” Furthermore, I recognize whenever we don’t receive what we think is fair, or just, we get angrier causing us to lash out. The feeling that the world's or US Airways' "injustice done to us" is greatly contributing to us not finding solutions to our problems. We continue to elect to union office people who were former ALPA leaders that have failed to produce in the past and they say what we want to hear, which keeps hurting us over-and-over again. It's time for us to have union leaders who tell us the truth, regardless if its what we want to hear or not, so effective solutions to our problems can be found.

With energy prices rising, global economic instability, the ever present risk of airline terrorism, and potential natural disasters on the horizon, etc., some of our pilots are further placing our company and futures at risk.

USAPA has failed to deliver on one campaign promise and we are economically worse off today than before. There is no quick resolution to our problems, no new contract in sight, and we work for the most vulnerable legacy airline in the country. When would now be good time for us to encourage others to stop this destructive behavior?

Your use of the english is not leaveing room for no improvement, please shower before flights

US Airways operational incentives over safety concerns, listed in their 8 K;;

On January 19, 2011, the Committee established the (1) corporate financial targets based on designated minimum levels of pre-tax income for fiscal year 2011, (2) operational targets based on (a) a peer-group comparison of on-time flight performance in 2011, (B) a peer-group comparison of customer complaints in 2011, peer group comparison of baggage handling in 2011 and (d) the Company’s 2011 cost (excluding fuel and payments under the employee profit sharing program) per available seat mile and (3) bonus pool amount, based on the extent to which the corporate financial targets and the operational targets are met, for the annual incentive program. The Committee established absolute goals for each of the operational targets for target payouts and also instituted minimum annual performance targets which must also be achieved for each given operational target to be deemed achieved. The Committee established 2011 target incentive awards as 125% of base salary for our Chief Executive Officer, 110% of base salary for our President, 100% of base salary for our Executive Vice Presidents and 80% of base salary for our Senior Vice Presidents. If the performance measures are met at the maximum level, the Committee may approve payouts at 200% of a participant’s base salary (160% for Senior Vice Presidents).

US Airways has received more outside safety accolades than any other U.S. airline. There are no safety issues here and US Airways' Maintenance, Safety, & Flight Training departments are top notch. To suggest otherwise is nonsense, just like Valerie Wells' bogus A330 issue where the Maintenace Department said there was nothing wrong with the aircraft. It's bogus for USAPA to try to gain leverage because of their failure to deliver one a single campaign promise by using a campaign under the guise of safety.

USAPA's and Cleary's actions will cause more pilot and other employee pain, there will be more pilot terminations, and no new pilot contract for years to come as long as USAPA continues its destrictive path opposing everything management proposes.

Again, as Albert Einstein once said, "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result." Think about this quote for a second and ask yourself, does this quote apply to the way Cleary runs our union? Me thinks so...

Do you pay attention to what is going on around here? you must be out of your mind...top notch maintenance? what a stupid thing to say, We called them out to look at very wet brakes and were told it was condensation...wrote it up and a leak was found, we called them out to look at sizable dings in the fan blades, we were told no problem good to go, wrote them up, 2 hours blending with files after photos sent to engineering, abradeable seal missing huge chunks, had been repaired with putty but now putty was gone (through fan i guess) we were told that the repair was only 5 hours into a 20 hour inspection so they did not even need to look at it for 15 hours so we were good to go, wrote it up, airplane done for the day... im not making this up, these guys are being pressued from above to do stupid stuff and you are ok with that? what if your hair plugs started falling out, installer says its ok your good to go..... get it?

FrankeAir owns him. A true disciple. Reviled by all, even Franke himself hates him.

Talk is now amongst the East pilots that the barrage of safety information provided by the company to employees, has not been seen since the barrage of information ALPA sent out right before USAPA was voted in.

Too little, too late.

As I said, panic and denial in the streets of PHX. Wait until eastern wins LOA. All the
Lenidas mailers will be in the breech of a spiked cannon.....
"Eastern/Western, Lenidas"

Cut it out freakshow. We all know who you are. Get to the store now for some KY Jelly. Stock up, By the end of the month there is going to be one hell of a run on it in CLT.

So you gave yourself 16 days to be right or wrong. What was the price tag on that crystal ball you are using?

Seems like someone should be accountable for some of these definitive statements that are anything BUT definitive. How many times now have we seen it posted that the LOA93 arbitration is out. Nothing but lies, liars and rumor mongers.

It's out. If anyone wants to I recommend calling TP. Both sides asked for executive seasons. USAPA asked because they lost and are trying to convince Kasher to alter his award. The company asked because they want the injunction in place prior to it being announced.

As soon as the injunction goes through, the company will let the results of LOA 93 be know.

Claxon, Apollo, and AWE Shucks all show up at the same time. Amazing band of merry men they got over there.
