You mean like the honest law firms that you shopped, until SSM&P told you that DOH was a slam dunk? You do know that SSM&P have now taken over 10 million dollars of "our" dues money and have left the building, right? Our new legal counsel has scant experience in labor law.

True, we are where we are. The fact remains that had your group accepted the Nicolau list (as they will likely be legally forced to do), we would be negotiating a SECOND contract as one body. We are where we are because of USAPA, USAPA supporters and those that keep their heads in the sand (so as to allow USAPA to operate unchecked) direct actions.

USAPA and the East pilot group will go down in the history of commercial aviation as the largest group of malcontents & dishonest people ever. Looking in the mirror, you can not see this because of the persona "of the most professional group of pilots" to ever grace this earth... :blink:

The good news is that we should have a small profit this year (or break even). Thanks for that.

I do not deserve to be in the same room as those gentlemen. If it was not for them, someone like you hired in 2004 by america west airlines and recently back from furlough, would now be above a pilot that was hired by US Airways 17 years before you were.

After the East wins DOH :lol: Sure! So, is it the Easter Bunny or will it be the Tooth Fairy bringing you DOH?
 
Sure I have heard of training float. It is always for the east. How much training float do you guys carry? How many east pilots were hired and furloughed as temp workers to cover the training float? With better work rules and a more rational training program we will not need to carry extra bodies only to be dumped. Tell you what given a choice between US Airways and any other airline i am going to any other airline. Hired as a temp worker to cover the training float does not sound like a good career move. but then again many of you east guys did it 3 times kept coming back for more. Says a lot about that east coast mentality.

Full sick banks sure try using them. I think the insurance people could consider it fraud. Or the company will force them out on short or long term. This management is not going to have part time "sick" workers. Do you think that calling in sick for every fourth trip might not get someones attention? Give it a try and let us know how that goes.
WRONG.......just make sure there is someone to cover your trip or call in sick the day before.......been doing it for a while.... down to half a year on the books.

Especially when there's a court ordered injunction against the union. Go ahead guys, see how sick call abuse works out.

Genius, have you ever heard of training float, and older guys with full sick banks? Try and put a number on that one!

I would guesstimate that number based on Clear's accounting of actual retirements of active pilots to be around 300 or so a year.

yep, probalby 300 or so a year will either up and quit, or unfortunately retire to an early grave on the east.

So, the way I see it, once we ditch the 900 enablers who screwed their new found co-workers, the remaining east usapa supporters are going to get the payback of their lifetime when the newhire replacements tell scabs like Theur, Bradford and Cleary to go shove their aspirations of stealing West jobs.

We need to lay this 2/3rds of the West thing to rest right now.

You morons are sooo unaware of the demographic of the West, that you come up with crap like this fantasy.

I am in the top 1/3rd of the West, and guess what, I am in no mood to give some furloughed east guy with less LOS my job. I am even less inclined to let usapa enable him to be a scab and steal it from me. Oh, and if you go to the top 1/4th of the West list, we are still in no mood to go behind furloughees like Coello. Lets go even further, the top 1/10th of the list is in no mood to have another 1000 piled on top of them after they already had 517 piled in front before the slotting started.


Besides, watching you squirm on LOA93 and the TA fleet mins are worth more than the 10% raise in pay with an accompanying 100% reduction in seniority that you are trying to sell, so basically the entire West list is on the AOL bandwagon.
