The usual Pie - demanding proof of others yet won't answer a simple question. Your friend Nosum trained you well while pulling the wool over your eyes. A date Pie, a date - when would AWH have filed for BK? What's the matter - the bigger kids not playing your little game?

You are the most childish 60 something year old man I have ever seen. You won't give me a date that US would have liquidated, yet you demand the date that AWH would have filed for BK. Let me shut you up. I can't give it to you, as it didn't happen. Just like you can't give me a date of US's liquidation. The merger happened and the possible outcomes that were for both AWA and US before that date changed, a new set of realities.

There, are you happy you pathetic, old whiner? Will that shut you up about this now or will you switch back your old "game" of calling me a child molester?

How about you? Since you carry west water, you want to put up Aqua's and Dreamin's numbers?

Yet you and the East want a seniority system that represents what might have happened if the merger never took place. I want my flying, my attrition, and my 330 Captain's seat.

So you do remember my answer...I just fleshed it out a lot more than you and gave a time period instead of a date - between summer and end of 20005 IIRC. If it hadn't been for the POR containing the merger, that's my best guess of when the creditors would have pulled the plug.

BTW, US was down to about 2 weeks of cash a month before the actual merger - $400 million in cash with spending of about $800 million/month. It's in the monthly report for August 2005 filed with the BK court if you're interested in seeing it for yourself.

Yet the westies got an outcome that is WAAAY beyond what was probable outside a merger and that's great for you.

Waiting on your apology, now to me and the former furloughees.

I'm really shocked that this genius managed to get his phone number tracked by USAPA.

His set seems to be a little more ghetto. Did they lose their lease on the studio? Not a good use of "funds"?

Spending,or losing? That would be a hell of a loss! They were still bringing in some revenue, right?

I'll see if I can find it, unless you want to post it.
