Right. Just watch any CLT crew news from the last several years. Nobody is more upset about LOA93 than the East Pilots. One guy was near tears a few months ago. This month, there's a bible thumping maniac, stumbling and staggering his way through making is "point" which is hard to ascertain at times. He thinks he's getting back pay

You guys are your own worst enemies. Kirby basically said so as he states USAPA is the only union that they have NO WORKING RELATIONSHIP.

It's cost us all billions in lost wages, but you guys will eventually learn.

You do realize that according to many polls, roughly 85% of citizens of the United States identify themselves as Christian, right? Its not like I am member of some fringe group which would be rare to find two of in the same subset of the population. Statistically speaking more than 8 out of 10 of the people you work with every day would identify themselves as Christian. Besides, I have never attended a CLT Crew News session.

Why would a heavily senior (chronologically) group like American even stand for slotting? It seems to me that they are much closer in age to length of service distribution to US than AWE.

LOA 93 is the leverage that is bringing your fake union to its knees. Its a matter of simple math. The more time goes by, the more supporters you lose. When the courts finally finish this dispute telling you that NIC will be the list in a year or so, a contract will come out for a vote. By then the only ones left to vote "no" will be Black Swan, luvthe9, and you. Good luck with that. Most pilots will be so tired of LOA 93 and being held hostage by the AFO's that any decent contract will pass.

Any employee that drags out the Bible and explains to the executive that the company should make decisions based upon "the book" is a maniac. Business doesn't work that way in America. You have no leverage. None. There is no working relationship of any description with between the fake union, the West, or the company. USAPA's staggering lack of accomplishments as well as they're very public courting of the IBT really should be all a rational person needs to see in order to surmise the fact that USAPA is as leverageLESS as Saddam Hussein was when they drug him out of the rat hole.
