While the east pilots may not enjoy "back pay" as cash, as you so quaintly express yourself, you can bet your mortgage that the east pilots will enjoy massive leverage from the same. You are welcome to join in, if you wish. You might have to publicly acknowledge, finally, that the "nic" will never come to pass to get a 30% raise, but that would be your decision.

It will be the east pilots getting the 30% if usapa ever gets their crap together not the west pilots. So if you think that you are going to buy off the west with a a small raise while you get the majority of the money you are wrong.

The only people saying the rules were not followed are you east guys. ALPA said the rules were followed. Even your own neutral on the panel said the rules were followed.

If there was fraud you guys should have done something about it during the arbitration or 6 months after. Complaining 4 years later is weak.

Got any proof of fraud other than you don't like the result?

I "peaked" professionally years ago. My life, and I am sure yours, is about everything except this job. So far it pays the bills, and yes, it is getting to be a struggle.

I am much older than Sue, and lately she seems to be invisible more and more in the bedroom...I think she is avoiding me. Can I blame that on the West?

Don't agree with the East stealing seniority part, nor does the 17 year guy that went behind a new hire. It will not be the East pilots stealing anything shortly. You will be on your own with your own scope and a nice winter weather crew base with zero wide bodies (insert joke here.) Good luck.
