Haven't you folks figured out that once you begin litigation the lawyers get richer and you get poorer?

The path out of this mess is for someone, East or West to grow a pair of nuts and tell the hard core on BOTH sides that it's time to put the ball in Doug's court. No one is going to get all they want, put your fences up, look at the things you need to like attrition rates, etc and put something together that sucks least and shove it under Doug's nose and tell him to Bleep Off or watch his airline go C7.

To much time and personal wealth has been expended. It's long past time to take on the real enemy and he is NOT your brethren from the "other" airline. The enemy is Doug Parker, Scott Kirby and Jerry Glass. Try fighting the enemy instead of each other!

I think the east will be fine with the Kasher win soon, and there will be no more need to discuss any of this. And yes the east will move on.

I've been thinking about this. Maybe USAPA needs to change it's position to accepting the NIC, but with enough conditions and restrictions so as not to cause harm to the East pilots. Let the East pilots capture the attrition on the East and fence them away from PHX. How's that grab you?

This pretty much sums up how all the east employees feel, not just the pilots. It's always funny the west kids never want to split from us, I guess they know who their daddy is. 😀
