I think that the east is pretty close to surpassing the west as to duration at the lowest end of the industry. How's that working out for you?

Thanks for that. Indeed some show no sign of willingness to compromise. Even out flying the line I cannot get a real grip on how many are on that platform. I just don't fly with enough guys to know. My gut is most are willing for some give and take.

Of course most of the east is willing for some give and take. We're getting close to the end game in court and the east is finally beginning to realize that it's most likely not going to go your way.

So, why in the world would you expect the west to be willing to compromise?

The path out of this mess is for someone, East or West to grow a pair of nuts and tell the hard core on BOTH sides that it's time to put the ball in Doug's court. No one is going to get all they want, put your fences up, look at the things you need to like attrition rates, etc and put something together that sucks least and shove it under Doug's nose and tell him to Bleep Off or watch his airline go C7.

To much time and personal wealth has been expended. It's long past time to take on the real enemy and he is NOT your brethren from the "other" airline. The enemy is Doug Parker, Scott Kirby and Jerry Glass. Try fighting the enemy instead of each other!

If you didn't want anything to do with the EAST why didn't you jump up and down and scream like DL? my guess is you wanted everything with expanding and joining a larger airline.... and the NIC is your ticket to wide body and quick up grades on the backs of our retirments... so stop with your grand standing.

Not our union, OUR PILOT group, you have a problem with a democracy I can see, Now you must be one of those senior jerks that don't care about the junior guys I have a round 31 yrs, and happen to care for the junior guys.
