And what came first, the nic. Or the constitution and bylaws?
The old "chicken or egg" paradox....

Of course the egg came first. Unfortunately for luvn, he had a temper tantrum and threw it at a westie's car and now has neither the egg or the chicken....

The nic. Came first, the company accepted it in writing, it boggles the mind these guys don't understand what that means

Well, I think I know what it means. What about Parker? Do you think he knows what it means?

Yep, Parker knows damn well what it means, why do you think is asking for immunity from the court?

I've always thought it was to keep the best money saving scheme any airline manager ever fell into going.

I will, don't you find it sad you can steal company information and get full paid leave for who knows how long yet you don't finish your homework and you are fired? I know your OK with that, right Traitor.

I just returned from the Leonidas meeting where I saw those culprits of the alleged identity theft. All have thoroughly enjoyed their eight month paid vacation and expect to be back on line as soon as December. It appears usapa's unjustified accusations have gone the way of the "RICO" suit. Your "union" just can't help itself failing at every turn yet only successful in permanently dividing the pilot group.

One thing those "culprits" didn't do was refuse to do their jobs (ie. distance learning) which would be justifiable termination. You easties can just keep trying. Throw some more feces against the wall in order to see what will stick.

And, by the way, it's official. The Leonidas meeting confirmed one important fact: THERE WILL BE NO COMPROMISE WITH THE EAST. NOT NOW. NOT EVER. We're all in and it's just a matter of time before we move on. Looking forward to the meltdown.

In case you haven't noticed, our union is lead by a dictator. A junior one at that. The only thing that resembled a democracy was the representational election, which IMO would be lost if it were held again today.

Too many people around here let emotion rule their world.

Cleary is about to hit 26 years with the company. Junior?

Don't let emotions rule your own world, get your facts straight.

Representational election was a perfect storm in a perfect circumstance. Unique. But to put it in today's context is, to quote Doug, disingenuous.

Good, good good. No compromise. Official. Thanks, noted and archived. Did Marty tell you to post this?

Good chance as there are many more MIGS today than there were when Cleary was elected. Many had refused to join the union and had no vote. There are still quite a few of those now, but not nearly as many.

We will see in the spring, won't we? Of course movinonuptoclt says the west will vote Cleary back in since he is doing such a great job for them.
