Hahahaha you clowns are a riot. You want to pick and choose which agreements you will honor. The document all three parties signed ALSO STATED THAT BINDING ARBITRATION would be used for the seniority integration as well but I guess you missed that part of the TA huh? I also recall nothing in any agreement about fences. The east set up and illegal fence that may cost ya some money we will see. Clowns are so funny.

Three things to finish the merger according to the TA. Joint certificate, integrated seniority list, and a joint contract. We have two out of three, the last is still in the process of being NEGOTIATED, and may or may not change number two. Without all three, no integrated pilot list, hence a pseudo fence. All legal, so far. And that sir, is a fact.

Hmmm walked out of negotiation with the company and refused to go any further. usloppy sets up shop and you go about the business of not honoring your agreement. Then you put together your dream windfall list all the while not honoring our agreement which does what sets up your illegal fence. Then you pay seham unGodly sums of money, he produces nothing so you fire him. Still not honoring your agreement. Hound Parker at every turn about more money and he tells you over and over NO CONTRACT NO MONEY! Still not honoring your agreement. The east then begins what is clearly an illegal job action. East pilots are caught red handed some fired one escorted off the property. Still not honoring your agreements. Illegal job action shut down HARD. Still being dishonorable.

Then you spend tons more money on a losing LOA93 arbitration where there was no snap back provision anywhere in the deal and your pilots testified to this fact. Still not honoring your agreements. 4.5 years pass no contact east still the laughing stock of the industry with pay equal to Horizon air. So now we are near an end game where a court will have to tell the company "sorry guys no indemnity here".

How can you argue with facts when your position is one of complete and utter stupidity? One need look no further than you to understand why you are the sewer of the industry.

I just thought about it and you are right. The east mec never walked out of contract talks with the company and usapa never ever paid Seham a dime. Not once has any east pilot gone to a crew news and asked management for parity and the east has honored all its agreements. There was never a job action and the court never did issue an injunction against the east for illegal job actions. There was never an loa 93 arbitration and not a single east pilot was fired nor was a female a330 capt escorted off the property. There was not even a full page ad in the newspaper about her being escorted off. The east is the highest paid pilots in the world with 29days off a month and 99.9hr guarantee.

Cue up the dreaming music and the wavy visual as this has all been a crazy dream 🙄

Um, the number, 40%, is way wrong and to say a furloughee has no expectation of a pilot job is just plain stupidity.

Let us talk about the 24% of east flying "gifted" to the west pilots.

Since the east group flew about twice what the west group flew, that represents an increase of almost 50% of flying for the west, allowing at least one third of west pilots to stay on the property, i.e. not furloughed. Which means that the east pilots suffered a temporary decrease in recalling furloughees and advancement just so that some 600 west pilots would not be furloughed. That is a fact. ma'am.
OK fun with numbers.

East had 1700 furloughs at the time of the merger. 3200 "active" Total number of east pilots 4951. total "active" east pilots 3176. total furloughed east pilots 1775.

Not quite 40% furloughed but 35.8% of the east pilots were furloughed.

There is no way the number reach 600 west pilot required to do the flying that keeps us above T/A mins.

Now for your "24% of east flying"

Parker said that the west was doing 24% of traditional east flying and the east was doing 4% of traditional west flying.Does that mean that 20% has been shifted?

What do those numbers mean? 4% of total west flying was given to the east? 4% of east flying was taken from the west?

24% of total east flying was given to the west? Not likely. If your numbers are to be believed that 50% of the west current flying come from what was traditional east flying we would see a whole lot more east coast trips.
