The "answer" from the West on this forum is crystal clear, and expected. I can only guess the Association needs something a little more official on record..as anonymous board postings don't carry a lot of water in the legal system.

If you don't trust the West class representatives you can opt out of the class by notifying the AOL attorneys in writing and reserve your right to sue USAPA as an individual later.

Hey, I got an idea,

How about usapa returns all dues and fees collected from West pilots.

Then usapa writes a letter of apology, along with a $25,000 check to all named RICO defendants.

Then we can talk about whether or not the West is willing to talk.

BTW clubby, please inform the usapa clt headquarters to keep those email updates coming....because word on the street is, east and west pilots funding usapa's corruption are drying up RAPIDlLY!

Most are switching to pay as you go. (no union dues check off) You can cut it off when you want to show your not satisfied with the hired cba actions.

usapa's failed quest of doh = = this dog won't hunt!

And I am only suggesting this because I like usapa sooo much and am willing to help.

How about usapa walks into the courtroom on Dec, 1st, and asks the judge to dismiss the case because they are going to adopt the Nic as their bargaining proposal?

You might be on the right track except for one thing. I don't think the guys at the top have the character to EVER admit they were wrong on anything, anytime, anywhere.

IMO you want to move this off square one you have to find a way to allow both sides to save face, otherwise it won't happen EVER!

How about this. Throw it back in Parker's face?? Take the amount of money in legal fees expended by both USAPA and the AOL folks and tell Parker that any agreement must include the reimbursement of all fees. That amount of money is distributed equally to all ACTIVE pilots as of some date that works for both sides as any new hires shouldn't reap a windfall.

Rgus tactic would then unite the pilots as DP will likely laugh in your faces. Just an outside eye peering into the abyss

You are right. My post was sarcastic. I do not expect usapa to repay anything to the West or the RICO defendants. First, because they don't have the money, and second, because they know the answere is going to be go pound sand.

Also, nobody ever said Nic or nothing. It has been Nic or LOA93 since day one. The east chose seperate ops and LOA93, then tried desperately to renege on the LOA93 part. See a pattern here?
 
My point is that by the time you ever see a joint contract you guys will be just as good with DOH. (other than the folks that have to move east, which will happen either way)

I don't think you understand just how much of a complete job theft DOH is against the West. That or you think the C&Rs actually protect the West.

The West is much better off with seperate ops and the TAs fleet mins, than we are allowing DOH on this property.

No it's not absurd Driver. usapa, spoken and verified by the company, forced me to pay union dues or be FIRED (closed shop). usapa is my hired cba and will present the only legal, Final and Binding NIC intact in section 22 to a vote by pilots in a joint contract with the company or will be sued. (DFR)

Compromise was the NIC. Now the usapa brain trusts are asking the west to compromise again...NOCANDO.

You idiots sealed this along with the east vp's companies support of single class and craft in creating usapa and taking away west mec negotiation and separate ratification vote.

Live in what you (east loa93) and the company gave birth to..usapa.
