You never asked me nor have you given yours! I cant begin to tell you however the comfort of Anonymity, its like a warm blanket on a cool evening. BTW if you read the next persons post he addresses him as "L" and they must have dined together in the past because he did respond to that.

I'm pretty sure i've never cared if you knew my name or not. I don't have anything to hide and I don't make assinine posts. You only have to hide behind Anonymity when you make moronic statements and claims. Everybody here knows there are few of you on the west that enjoy stirring the pot. Doesn't mean we don't have a couple of those on the East too. I realize you are here simply to get a rise out of people. You'll have to work a lot harder than that....in the process, you will only make yourself and your side look more foolish.

It's easy for me to get along with Cactus Boy aka D because while he's passionate about his point of view, he can still be respectful of my point of view (even if he doesn't like it).

Show us how these and its spelled "asinine" posts. I have tried to answer questions posted by Pi and a few others with honesty. Now I have been called names by some of you and insulted by others for which my responses were "clown". I have gone back and read many of your posts and you too are guilty of name calling and insults on west pilot. Shall I post a few or will you stipulate?

Les, I will make you the very same offer I have given others and that is to research on your own and not just blindly believe that with which comes from usapa and or the former east mec. I think you might be pleasantly surprised.

No sir not at all. The usapa plan was to not have to worry about the west's vote via a joint contract. If they could eliminate that they felt they could push a DOH contract to the company and just like that it would be over. I dont believe they ever counted on the fight they got from the west. See now that the company has the arbitrated seniority list and it met all of the requirements the company was looking for they are pretty much bound to it. Sure they can try to negotiate it away with usapa however it presents that collusion needed to tie them together for DFR.

The longer this goes on the worst it gets for the pilots. This place is going to merge again and we havent a penny saved for that.

And it's even more likely that the both the west and the east will "get" the NIC unmodified with no additional restrictions or barriers as it was intended by the arbitration panel when the award was issued. The Company attorneys and the Addington class will make sure that judge Silver understands the merits and outcome of the first DFR trial in PHX. There is a superabundance of evidence from that trial that will seed the proceedings in Silver's court leading her, as a matter of law, to the conclusion that any non-NIC seniority list is a clear DFR for USAPA. Based on that she will provide the company its requested relief from USAPA trying to force any other seniority list into negotiations. If that happens there will be no more talk of the NIC being dead, DOH, C&R, or judge Wake getting paddled by the Ninth. December 1st is fast approaching and it is sure to be a eye-opening experience for some.

Silver wasn't all too impressed that the company filed a DJ on the first place. I doubt she'll do anything to indemnify the company from a lawsuit.

You also have to hide behind anonymity when you are represented by a union that files false RICO lawsuits against those it has a duty of fair representation toward. Oh, and they try to get West pilots fired for other transgressions against the union. Not to mention the crap they have pulled against their fellow east pilots who don't go along with the scab plan.

Damn, I should have given up my name a long time ago,,,that way maybe I could have gotten a 9 month paid administrative leave. But, then I wouldn't have all this fun getting a rise out of Claxon????
