Come on Injunction. That is why Mitchell and Abner and another are going to be helping out. I am sure there is a middle ground we can all agree on.
Nic was the middle ground, and it wasn't DOH and it wasn't a one to one integration.

This #### is funny! Guys making 6 figure incomes , flying our planes everyday, having Jerry Springer-like drama! NICE!
"Our" I dont remember seeing "bagchucker" on the paper work on any of the airplanes. Bags forward mail aft get back to work and worry about your job.

Rightful DOH positions? Stapling the west pilots is not your right. Lowest paid pilots? We have line holding captains(non check airman) making 160-180k a year with 17 days of a month, because of the duty, rig, and etc. in our contract. They are not suffering. Guys like me are the worst off, because reserve sucks. $86 an hour only works out to about $85k a year on reserve. We young ins will stay on reserve a long time, because of separate ops, but we are the minority and it's not that bad. It beats the alternative of combined ops and moving out east, because of PHX shrinkage. If your when you say soon to be lowest paid, you're talking about the LOA93 litigation, I wouldn't count you're prehistoric dinosaur eggs before they're hatched.

Beanboy. If your a reserve now get used to it because you will be there for most of the remaining years of your career. Whats this moving east crap, kid your going on the STREET not east. I think we all agree that phx will soon be history not shrinkage and you can go back to Mesa or Dads used car lot. I think you got your fingers in motion before your brain was in gear on that last sentence.... repeat for garble.

Sure you do....never leaving Phoenix so you can relax. PHL is all yours.
I would realy like to fly with you on the 330, I bet we would get along fine I was trained to take of the entire crew by the best when I was a new hire, I promise we will have a good time.

You don't comprehend well do you? Be thankful that you have a union to keep you safe and incompetent in the real world.
I understand completely you went to high school then clown college in fla. You went to awa and worked throwing bags and got fired. simple.

Yes RIGHTFUL DOH POSITION, do you have a comprehension problem.

In typical usapaian fashion, you left off the most important part of the quote.

that a union breaches its duty of fair representation if its actions are either "arbitrary, discriminatory, or in bad faith" — applies to all union activity, including contract negotiation. We further hold that a union's actions are arbitrary only if, in light of the factual and legal landscape at the time of the union's actions, the union's behavior is so far outside a "wide range of reasonableness," Ford Motor Co. v. Huffman, 345 U.S. 330, 338 (1953), as to be irrational.

Your "wide range of reasonableness" arguement falls far outside that range, because of usapa...i.e. the east pilots.. BAD FAITH attempt to usurp their own agreement to submit to BINDING ARBITRATION.
....yet the 9th left them free to bargain with the company. Opinions about what may or may not eventually constitute a breach of DFR, after free bargaining has finished and once a contract is ratified is a very interesting conversation, but the 9th said its too soon to have that conversation.

And YET Judge Silver has decided that IS NOT TOO SOON to "have that convsersation" even after hearing all the facts...something the 9th DIDN'T hear. I wonder what she knows that you don't? You will get this soon enough...happy thanksgiving!

I wouldn't mind the 330 but as long as it's based 5hours away from my home I couldnt give two schizz about flying it. I have a life out west that trumps any of your stupid air frames. That's true for most of us out here...something we've told you from day 1.

Come on Injunction. That is why Mitchell and Abner and another are going to be helping out. I am sure there is a middle ground we can all agree on. If you don't care to talk, well that, is a little about where your risk comes in. I cannot answer right here and now, only time will tell. I have said all along pay for years served would be fine with me. You can drive over the North Atlantic all you want if that is your dream. And get paid in any seat you want.

Why do we (the west pilots) need to talk about anything? We are happy with settling your problem for you in a legal setting. All of us can continue to enjoy our present contracts and see what happens in five years. From there, maybe we will enjoy an industry- standard contract? Enjoy LOA 93 😀
