Yes, I agree a long time of reserve. On the street? We're close to fleet mins and the only way PHX is shrinking more is a joint contract, which means a position out east. Mesa, why do you think we all worked for Mesa? I got hired here with several thousand hours 121 PIC and check airman time. I never worked for Mesa. Dad's used car lot? My dad was a computer programmer who owned a company, now retired comfortably with a seven car garage and toys. I think LOA 93 is getting to you guys, you're getting real cranky. When PHX is about to go TU see how fast Parker pulls a rabbit out of his hat and there are no "fleet mins" . Understand something CLT and PHL cant handle that much expansion. Airplanes are going to get returned and people are going to hit the street and they arn't going to be Easties. Tell daddy to start selling his toys. cash in the 401k his boy commin' home, yea were selling the doublewide me and" the wife " are movin in. ALSO boy I wasnt a Marine but I would have been proud to have served as one.

If those you name, the new hires and reserve FO's, had five years or less, would they not be locked into basically the same pay and benefits? What, pray tell, would they gain whereas staying separate gives them five years of attrition allowing them to move up?

Let me see here, two years of reserve or, with the nicholau, seven or more years on reserve.

I don't know, it seems pretty clear to me, ... that you are full of wishful thinking.

And all the eastern new hires will make sure the PHX crowd gets locked out west. They are smart enough to see what is coming their way, and want the status quo. That means no friends out west get a shot at their upgrades. They share a mutual interest with the rest of the F/O group in the eastern bases. Don't count on their votes, they are smart enough to see the value of the attrition.

It NEVER ceases to amaze me how LITTLE some of you Easties understand the realities of this situation. I won't bother to educate you other than to say by April, the Company will make it crystal clear to you that the Nicalau award is the ONLY sec. 22.

Obviously you have no clue what you are talking about. What has changed that PHX will now go TU other than usapa begging for mercy?

The T/A is still in place. Are you saying that usapa would let the company violate the T/A and not do something about it? Can you say DFR?

How is it that PHL and CLT would expand and PHX would shrink but usapa would let the company violate the T/A?
