That's right! I forgot the west doesn't have any protection for this. No wonder they are begging for a contract as fast as they can sell it. Why should you guys get any NAC members? Begging for a contract? The junior pilots stuck on reserve are the only ones who could possibly want a new contract with the NIC. Everyone I've talked to doesn't want one if it is less than the contract we have now. Why would we? The senior guys with time off making $160k/yr plus certainly don't want it. Contract sucks? Even if this were true why would we want something less. Your contract is far worse and what the NAC is negotiating is an improvement for you and a joke for us. A bad joke that is. I get fired up, not because I want a new contract so badly, but because the NAC is negotiating away what we already have for something they will never see. Absolutely frigging stupid morons.

Cleary is doing exactly what the majority wants him to do. His haters continue to take shots at him and he just remains on course. AOL, Compass Correction and Chip's ALPA boys have been in attack mode for the last 2.5 years and this guy emerges stronger than before. Everything is being executed with precision.

I can't wait for the spring USAPA elections. I have never been a fan of Cleary....however, what EF did was a low life move, regardless of the circumstances, and I will never trust him anymore than Cleary.

You wanted a president that would not inform the board of what he is doing. You want the president to give up on DOH without talking to the board or telling the pilots. You want a president filing a million dollar law suit without telling the board before filing it.

Eric betrayed no one.

Cleary NEVER expected anything from that meeting. The big reason being that neither Eric nor AoL have the authority to agree to anything.

Cleary knew this and all he wanted to do was show some effort. With that, he'll villify and blame the west for being obstinate and present that to his constituency as well as Silver.
