Okay easties, heads up. When you rain on the westie's perceived wins they get really pissy. It's not worth it.

Do you even care about these people on the East side?
The rational ones who are being held hostage I do give a damn about.

Watching friends I worked with at the commuters suffer on your crap reserve system at that pay isn't fun.

Watching guys like breeze keep perpetuating their crap lifestyle with the LOA93 is it crap makes me sick.

It's my job to check the filth that flows out of his mind with truth and reality.

The hell it doesn't.

See what happened when the sick calls spike out east.

Over the decades the trend seems to be many crew members who are sick come to work. Maybe now these same people will take sick leave instead of coming to work sick and getting others around them sick. If you have sick time and you are sick there is nothing illegal calling off sick. Sick time is an earned benefit. Bottom line is if you are sick you should not be at work, injunction or no injunction.

Well the good news is your buddies from the commuters wont be on reserve much longer. Well if a NIC goes in they probably will. But absent that they will be line holder before too much longer.

We have newhires going into the 737's and busses now, so the current 190 folks should be coming off that miserable payscale quick. They already have junior guys flying higer paid equipment. I would guess that any of the newhires have planned for a few years on the junior a/c like we all did as newbies. But with the movement coming up that won't be too long.

The funny part about your statement is that your friends from the commuters woulld be the ones hurt the worst by a NIC list. Right now they have 1600 less pilots in front of them than they will if a NIC goes in. Unless you think doug is going to pay bus rates for 190's?

Because that's how it went down with the APA, right?

Ah yes, the sky rocketing move up the seniority list.

Another carrot for the naive to keep the Nic off property.

Nice.

For the guys like your commuter buddies that are stapled below all the west guys, yes no matter how you look at it 1750+ retirements in the next 9 years is skyrocketing. Or they can vote in a NIC and add another 1600 pilots above them but only 400 or so more retirements in those 9 years. Barring some kind of steller payscale offer from the company, it really is a no brainer for your buddies from the commuters.
