It would have been much cheaper for the company to have agreed on an LOA 93 rate. Now it's nothing less than standard plus 15% for retirement. Standard vacation as well.

How is it cheaper? The east boys are now saying that separate ops and attrition is all they want for Christmas now. Are you going against the majority of east posters and saying that you want a contract?

Do you think that the safety drive was not to get a contract? Helloooo!

You know as well as anybody that most of us want a contract. I think Judge Silver will answer the key question soon enough and we can get on with it. Of course, any willingness on the part of the pilot group will be countered with the opposite from the company. I wonder what they will use next to delay neogtiations?

Is that right you big, tough guy? And who is going to get that for you? USAPA and its injunction?

Its obvious you haven't learned that you have to bring more than talk to the table to get anything.

And what the hell is "standard vacation"?

This is also a loss for you westies but I guess you just have tunnel vision, we would have had to try to get you pay up also. Oh well.

Now that's just plain funny! I can imagine how hard ucrapa would work to get the west pay up.

So true. Isn't is funny how some on the east were saying that a Kasher win would mean the west is done. They would take the pay and the west could choke on the Nic. History proves that they gloat at any perceived victory. Now they cry that you guys are sore winners. I've been saying for a long time that a loss from Kasher will be the beginning of the end of their DOH pipe dream. Now we get to see if I was right. In the end, binding WILL be binding.

While the west had nothing to do with this loss, I congratulate you regardless for standing strong against the tyrants and letting their experiment implode.

Thank you.

Lol, you must have replaced theur, there you go "winning" again.

I post that we are now more polarized and you post this. You just proved my point.

The only way to higher wages is through attrition. You have yours, we have ours. Being polarized ain't so bad, is it? 😀

I don't know about the rest of the east pilots, but you sure have a perverted way of making me want to join your side and throw in the towel.

Never

breeze

Don't join our side. Just accept the agreements you initially made and move on. We don't want you to join us. After all that you have done we will never be united. You will never be trusted.
