Do you really believe the drivel you just wrote? You won't be doing any of the things you describe over the holidays, more likely you will be railing against the world in a bitter place and dragging your family and friends along for the ride. You will spend the days waxing how your vast experience and dues paying at Tran States and Air Wisconsin have earned you the right to be instantly gratified to what others have worked decades for and sacrificed much to preserve. Of course you couldn't be cognizant of the fact their sacrifices also benefited you because you now work for an airline that is sustainable because of the East Assets. No it will more likely be bar graphs and ratios and arguments of law, spewing contempt and hatred because you didn't get your way and get it right now like a three year old stomping his feet. So save the moral lecturing or take a little yourself because your obsessive posting about morality leaves great doubt that your mind will be on Jesus Christ or troops in the field, more likely bitterly thinking how the East pilot group and the world has denied you instant gratification. For one to speak about truthfulness, its to bad you can't even be honest with yourself.

Here's an honest question for you: Have you from day one paid your dues to USAPA?

Wait a minute! Wait a minute! Didn't you just say a few posts ago that things had gotten so bad that we would never share a cockpit together? Are you planning on buddy bidding with just your west buddies? Another flawed plan.

We have a buddy bidding system but I have never used it. I dont pick specific trips or people. I bid 4 day trips and I bid for weekends off, what I get out of that and who is of little concern.

Here's an honest question for you: Have you from day one paid your dues to USAPA?

You see under my contract section 29 it states that dues must be paid to the association. In the definition sections it identifies the association as ALPA not usapa. Now a case could be made to locate a loophole in this but a contract is a contract and though I dont like it I have no choice in the matter. Now the only time I did not pay was that time I was offline on medical leave. WHne I returned I promptly paid the extortion money. Why you might ask? Because I have a contract with the company and I honor that...

Your right, life isn't fair. Nothing about unions are fair either. It's all about entitlement, or the company would pick and chose who sat where or who was based where on what criteria they deemed important. You live in a profession that is unionized and no advancement is based off competition or dedication simply the process that the union imposes on the company. Guess what that process is? Yeah, how long you have been around just like ever other organized labor group. Fair doesn't even come into play or the whole pilot profession would work at will and let free market forces and company preferences rule the day.

You know I don't have contempt for you, just pity. Just remember when you are having that pity party over Christmas with your family, remember to spare a thought for Christ and the soldiers. Don't let the East dominate your entire thoughts. 🙄

My Lord, if you were only 1/4 as smart as you think you are. I know what it will take to finish it, it's just that getting a contract is not the main thing driving me.

Why do you add so many other comments in your responses to me? Such as: "usapa is unable to get the contract. usapa is east pilots"

Are you a leader in AOL? If so, and you are so confident, why not do everything humanly possible to get to DFR II?

Do you really think I take this mess home with me?? I have people depending on me so usapa and its pets dont even come into play other than when I see their bills in my mail box.

Unions have processes and we either follow them or we bring harm to ourselves. We dont go looking for loopholes to harm one another as thats counter productive and we are living the results of that today. There is not a whole lot you can say to justify the actions of the east. They have lied, cheated and stolen. We have no trust in any of them at this point.

It depends on who it is and how they behave, you see we have no fly system that can wreck a pilots schedule. When we are under the Nic then I will fly with whomever and my tone is not of concern. We dont have primadonna captains out here that threaten to toss pilots off trips, thats an east thing.

I have run into many east people on other boards and some of those who claim to entitled to much more than they are due. Like these 99 hires on the east that have maybe 1 1/2 LOS before being furloughed and here's the best part, they wouldnt even be employed at LCC today without AWA. Only if a pilot group believed that DOH was the only fair way to integrate a seniority list.

And only if that pilot group has always integrated its seniority lists by DOH.

I asked a question to SOMEONE ELSE:

That's a simple question with no other meaning. We all know that a contract with a DOH list in it will be ripe, so WHEN you guys file the next DFR, you won't have to worry about that aspect. Sooooo, if you are really that confident, why not do whatever you can to get to that unquestionable point? Got it?
