Yeah, it's pretty simple and I've always done it. Sometimes people screw up. Was the westie that didn't finish on a job action?

So you like the politics when used against your enemy, but scream like a stuck pig when used against you, i.e. distance learning. Got it. The company laughs all the way to the bank.

I've never screamed about the politics. I tend to be proactive in these things.

Take USAPA for instance. They thought they could play the game and jam DOH down our throats. So we played too and sued you guys. Now your relegated to begging for compromise as your union is bankrupt and your committees disintegrate.

No, we don't cry in the west. We fight back and, in this case, win big.

And the company laughs because you guys came in thinking you'd man-handle a commuter CEO and, instead, got your butts handed to you.

You're still on LOA93 and will be for the next few years.

Yes, many things and I've pointed them out.

I've always said the Nic may be the only way out. It certainly would be the fastest. It's just that as of now the majority has refused to accept it. That's a fact. Maybe it's changed, I don't know, but I don't think so.

It appears to me that one of the biggest roadblocks to forward progress is the perception that "the Nic may be the only way out" is somehow inherently unfair or a necessary evil. I believe that until that perception is corrected, and the USAPA faithful actually realize what the rest of the world, (aviation and legal), seem to grasp intuitively; that the Nic is an equitable legal compromise, proper and correct, the stagnation of our situation will continue. It seems that this perception or expectation was spawned early on in the process, and fostered in spite of numerous contra-indications throughout. I do not foresee meaningful progress until that misconception is eradicated.

I Well, I guess another wholly-owned is another possibility but unless the HP certificate already includes RJ's it wouldn't help much (and it well might since HP at one time flew RJ's as part of mainline I think).

How can DOH with C/R be accepted after USAPA had them shoved up their six by two Federal Judges? We'll see meaningful progress after USAPA is dead and buried. IOW, fairly soon.
