US Pilots Labor Discussion

No, it would be a two way.

You cannot reconstitute west representation out of thin air and you can thank yourselves for that.

The Nic would be the list used as it represents one side of the merging pilot groups.

You did it to yourselves.
So how do the transition agreement requirements go away?

But if there is never a CBA (and I think we all know there will never be a CBA because the company doesn't want one), Usapa reps the west and asks for DOH. I would want to see the west be able to have their own representation in a 3 way. Not sure if it could be legally done.
I respect the tenacity. (apropos screen name) As someone once famously remarked, "I'd keep playing, I don't think the heavy stuff's gonna come down for a while yet!". However, it may be time to reassess and do a cost-benefit analysis with probabibility of success thrown in and given due consideration. I'll wager an adult beverage that it will never be a three way.

I think the odd are increasingly rapidly that US Airways will be the one that gets split up into pieces and sold off. It ain't gonna be pretty! (means it will not be pleasant)

Reassess? Oops! Sorry. I probably could have found a less Freudian word choice.

"I don't care who you are, that's funny!" (Larry the cable guy)

Really. The company is going to declare another profit for 2011. What is changing rapidly that would cause US airways to split up? The only thing changing is we are within a week of the first round of filings in the DJ. We finally have an answer to the LOA93 fantasy. Both bad news for the east but has no effect on splitting the company.

Any reason other than opinion?

Just wishful thinking on the east's part.

We're not going to be split up.

Given a choice, who would you rather see with your personal information - west pilots trying to inform pilots who don't have all the facts about the odds of "winning" the seniority dispute and what the real impact of the NIC is, or USAPA who has brought RICO charges against its own members/constituents, trying to terminate pilots for unpaid dues, uses illegal tactics to gain negotiating leverage, sends pink pantie awards to pilots who do not fall in line with their agenda, hired $eham only to turn around and accuse him of billing irregularities, has squandered away every bit of dues money collected without producing a single positive result but wants and needs even more money to pursue their failed agenda? So, which group seems to be less trustworthy with you personal information?

I am disappointed that you seem to be an advocate of relativism in order to justify the unauthorized possession of personal info and addresses.

It's all about $$$$$. Sometimes it's worth more if you part it out.

They didn't go away. Parker has the list.

The west went away when you voted in USAPA. No west means no three way. The only list that exists that represents our pilot group is the Nic.

Congrats on digging your own hole.
Plz pay attention. The question is how does the NIC get used without being having been implemented per the transition agreement?
