Why yes I did, just today as uhaul was happy to provide it to me even though he doesn't know who I am. Seems to be a west trait, you know the passing company docs thing.

Did you watch the latest PHX crew news and see what Doug has to say about it? They should probably just keep their mouths shut.
Like I said boob oo, our 3 won't see one day of that suspension.

Two points to make.

1. They were not fired. They were returned to the line.

2. Even if they believe that pay parity was the answere, dumb answere. Everybody knows, especially management pilots, that the boss has said over and over that parity will be achieved through a joint contract. For the CPs to try to leverage parity out of management with usapa's slowdown, is proof positive they are trying to help usapa, not the company, and even more importantly, NOT THE PILOT GROUP. So tell me, what is a CP's job, and if they can't perform that job, what should you do with them?

They were removed from their positions, if you don't want to call it fired, fine. Again IF it happened(big if) and if they thought that was the ultimate solution, why shouldn't they tell them that? The current method is not the best method, IMHO. You can beat the horse and they will respond for a while, but you can't make them give a #### or give 100%.

What if they said, "Accept your responsibility, accept the Nicolau award and get a joint contract" would you feel the same? Because it gets to the same thing.

So you operate under the "tell them what they want to hear" philosophy?

First off, the company has already "accepted" the Nicolau award.

But lets say the West CP's told the company "accept the Nic and get a joint contract, otherwise, the West pilots are going to rum amok and we are not going to do a damn thing about it". How long do you think they would be CPs?


If and likewise another big "if", the CLT CPs told Isom that the solution is to bring the pilot group together and get a joint contract and parity/raises I don't think they would have been returned to the line. So i am guessing that ain't what happened.

Would you honestly tell the boss that the solution to an illegal work slowdown is to give into their demands?

Come on Nic. First we are speculating based on what the chief idiot claimed. Secondly, that's not even what he said they said.

It's done, I'm just here to tell you, I know the guys and have for years and they were NOT pro-usapa, and giving everyone a free pass.
 
If the company stops "selectively" disciplining pilots some one the west might feel the heat for what might normally be considered a mistake. If you never make a mistake I truly envey you.

I've nothing to hide 767one and don't have a union to support me since about 2008/usapa's birth. You on the other hand have a union and seem to support this tyranny against the west. This so called union called usapa had a campaign based on promises/seham that have been found to be illegal/out and out lies.

usapa continues to this day in it's select contract enforcement parts not to uphold the contract we all must abide by called the TA with lcc. Also, we have the permanent injunction thanks to your east brain trust called usapa.

It works very nicely with a very corrupt company called lcc, don't you think 767one?

I'm nominating pi brat for CP in CLT...he seems to have all east leaning/back peddling creditability for that position..... 😛
