A few years ago, a CLT CP threatened a West pilot who was in the process of denying an east pilot a jumpseat.
His threat was that if this captain denied this jumpseat, that the company would seek action against his medical certificate.

If he did that he should lose his CP job.
The company should change it's policy and fire any Captain that denies a USAirways pilot the jumpseat for political reasons.

I accept your opinion that the CLT CPs were not pro usapa, however, if Move2's story about them telling Isom to give the east pay parity is correct, from the company's perspective, these CPs were supportive of an illegal slowdown if not downright helping to enable it.

If they said that they were wrong. The East was offered parity (the West contract) and turned it down.The East thinks it should be given the parts of each contract it likes without actually having to negotiate a new contract.

When was that Jake? As I remember it the ALPA JNC walked away from the table before a T/A was reached. I never had a vote on the west contract, so how did I turn it down? Did you?

That's a bit disingenuous. There was never a west contract laid out for our union to accept as a new joint contract and certainly it never went out for us to accept.

I've read the court documents. The latest final ruling I remember was "not ripe" from SFO. I've read Judge Silver's and agreed with old clear that I think that even if she says the company has to NEGOTIATE, the company won't go along with DOH. What else would you like to know? As you don't use facts about a person.
