US Pilots Labor Discussion

Surprise! I agree. Let's see what the courts say.

Now, a few months ago, I asked for the plan going forward. I don't remember any answers. So do you know of one? Let's say that Judge Silver rules in such a way that removes any chance of a DOH list. What do we do then? How do we repair the damage this pilot group has done to each other?
We? Each other? LMAO.

It's ok to take all the credit here hair Pi. It was the east and only the east that did the damage. They walked away from negs, an arbitrated award, and put a new union on property.

How do we move forward? Negotiate a contract with the Nic in it. Pretty simple.

Or do you just take the word of your west brothers against your east brothers?
You mean the East brothers who voted in a new union to renege on a mutually agreed upon arbitration?

Are you really asking me to take the word of the average USAPA supporter?

Did all your east brothers vote USAPA in? I didn't and I had a false claim made against me by a rather looney westie.

You know what poetic justice would be? For YOU to be called in on a false allegation.

Now, back to your loose screws........

How are disenfranchising one group who participated in the process and abiding by the decision of an arbitrator two ends of the same spectrum? One is right and one is wrong. Two completely different spectra.

I understand the disappointment that the east feels about not getting the decision they wanted, but there is a limit to the mourning of such a loss. It is now time to move on.

Just because you keep repeating this over and over and over.. does not make most of the EAST get on board and do what you want...

just like the election.

the first questions will be, what is your position on the NIC.

if they state they want to implement it, they lose..

simple as that.

Nope, I give you and westie like you joint credit.

I would do what I have said before that I would do. I would take a look at the offer, do the math, judge the landscape and vote yes or no based on first was best for me and my family, then my co-workers.

You don't have to do any of that, do you? You know that the Nic is such a huge win and windfall that there is not a contract in the world that can make up for the loss. Right?
No the Nicolau is not a windfall. DOH is a complete destruction of my career. No contract can make up for that.

Well clear, I think the Nic does provided a windfall for many west pilots. I don't know where your position, so I really can't make that statement about you for sure.

I understand why you feel that way about DOH, it might be and if I were you I'd probably vote the same as you.

The Nicolau was a winning lottery ticket. Even my neighbor who is a federal judge says that.

Your career expectations included a 757, max. That is all. Sorry, that is all you will ever get. If that.

Your scabs might be interested in China, hiring at $160,000 per year, min. I hear, in addition to a $90,000 exclusion from fed tax and full health, you get a young person, your choice, to warm your bed. (They are a little short on guy bed warmers, so I can understand why your "friends" do not jump at the offering.)
