Help me out here. You've stated in numerous posts that this seniority issue is now in the hands of the court system. But McKee just came out with:
Anyone who thinks that the seniority dispute is “just up to the courts now” obviously doesn’t understand the level of involvement required from the Officers and committee people to direct our legal effort. The execution of our competent legal strategy absolutely requires constant attention and vigilance from your Officers and Merger Committee. Candidate Hummel thinks it is just up to the courts; this lack of attention to detail and failure to follow the guidance and direction of the BPR, who determined this strategy, is alarming. No wonder that he and our legal adversaries (Eric Ferguson and the Army of Leonidas) have developed such a cozy relationship.
So who is right? I can't imagine you thinking you're wrong.

This was brought up once already and I didn't see your response. You claim Addington was a loss for the west yet McKee states that you lost and just barely squeaked by on the appeal.
Why does he see it completely different from you? Is he wrong?
Look:
This is the same Lee Seham who focused the Addington case on the duty of fair representation and completely failed to argue the salient legal points that, “as a newly certified bargaining representative, USAPA is absolutely entitled to negotiate seniority without regard to anything that the prior representative may have agreed to, including the Nicolau Award”. None of us should forget that the errors in this litigation cost our pilots and USAPA millions of dollars as we lost our case at trial and were forced to barely escape at the Appeals Court with a 2 to 1 decision.

Do try and keep up. The company determined that nothing was illegal or unlawful. Read the letter from the company lawyer.
Besides. Don't you think the vindictive usapa would have filed charges and spent whatever it took to get these guys? No charges, no trials, no law suits. Nothing unlawful. Try and keep the facts straight.
Well to us the company aint the judicial authority, The company is not the courts, keep up here MR. LAW STUDENT, If you want facts, start with them, but maybe with the AZ legal system they are the legal system, go figure! MM!
Mckee will win the election hands down, HUMMEL EXPOSED! After all, know one buy's his BS excuses and lost laptops, He want's "ONE THING", to not fly the line, collect FPL, be with his close ones(there is a real story there) in CLT, and get bigger bucks than line pay, and pay back his PIT, I LUV MY RICK BROWN LIST, brothers in this election at any cost! Is this the guy we want dealing with DUI in a 3rd TRANSACTION? NI&&&% PLEEZ, Thank god he can't give away our pension, or he would have beat someone to it! MM!

No the company is not the judicial authority. But no judicial authority has said boo about anything illegal. No charges, no trial, nothing. Claxon made a false allegation.
BTW I am not a law student.

Not to hard to figure out you were a McKee supporter. You are his demographic. Angry and uninformed.
Try doing a little research. It was the VICE PRESIDENT Randy Mowrey's computer that was stolen/lost/dropped in TPA bay not Hummel's. Do you want McKee dealing with this management? I have seen his updates. You know the ones used to slap the injunction on this union. After those emotional rants McKee is to weak and easily and manipulated. 3 more years of Cleary in the background telling McKee what to do and what to think.
Speaking about FPL if McKee wins what full time flight pay loss committee do you think Cleary and Mowrey will end up on?
