US Pilots Labor Discussion

You have obviously mistaken me for someone who gives a rats rear what a reneging scumbag who has stolen another pilots job thinks.

See thats the issue we have when talking about voting for this election or voting for a T/A. Nobody on the east cares what the attrition stealing west thinks either.

West sees it as job stealing, east sees it as attrition stealing. Two sides to the same coin and no matter how you slice it feelings are not going to change.

Guess we will see at the end of the month what the next step is. Personally I don't see how these two groups will ever be able to work together in the same cockpit. From what I heard we already have all kinds of problems in the 190 cockpits and that was just from a few west furloughs coming east. Apparantly one 190 f/o was quite vocal to the captain about how that seat should be his etc etc to the point of complete CRM breakdown. Don't know how it worked out, but last I heard from a mgmt pilot type they were looking at having to possibly fire some people over the issues.

Do try and keep up. The company determined that nothing was illegal or unlawful. Read the letter from the company lawyer.

Besides. Don't you think the vindictive usapa would have filed charges and spent whatever it took to get these guys? No charges, no trials, no law suits. Nothing unlawful. Try and keep the facts straight.

A Franke Air legal clearing holds as much water as a Arthur Anderson seal. Franke Air CEO does jail time, has no problem with ethics breaches by western pilots and managers. Fires two eastern who forget computer learning. What a disgusting corporate entity.

The western pilots are typically Mesa underachievers and castoffs. They would step on your and any persons back to get what they feel entitled to. The combination is totally unadadvisable.

Count yourself lucky you don't work than.

I have said all along, this is a don't ask don't tell subject.

If I were a West 190 f/o and the captain started in with any BS about usapa, Nicolau, the company and seperate ops, I would tell them to basically STFU before s/he gets an earful. If s/he insisted and kept talking about it I would explain that s/he is a scab, has abetted the scab union in stealing my seat, and upon return to base will be no longer be flying with me as I will be busy filing harassment complaints with the company HR department.

That is why I would never seek out an east f/o in CLT or PHL and ask them how they feel, as you suggested. I will never instigate a conversation on these subjects with an east pilot, that would be pointless. Further, if approached by an east pilot and asked to comment on any of these subjects I will politely decline, that too would be pointless.

Bottom line, get used to the Nic and what it entails. If you can't live with it at LCC, save us all the trouble, and go somewhere else prior to having that arranged by the mgmt pilot types for you.

So how many former east pilots are now based in PHX? Shame on them for stealing those west jobs!

None, the scab union allowed them to transfer to CLT and PHL to avoid furlough while pilots senior to them were furloughed.

How many east pilots are now based in PIT, DCA, LGA, and why are they flying seats that belong to West pilots?

No the company is not the judicial authority. But no judicial authority has said boo about anything illegal. No charges, no trial, nothing. Claxon made a false allegation.

BTW I am not a law student.

He thinks you are Mitch.

Typical east idiot. You tell them over and over the facts of the matter and they still draw the wrong conclusion.

As far as Claxon making a false allegation, same symptom. It is very hard for a scab to see the light, even if you put a few million candlepower up their rectum.

There are no East seats that belong to West Pilots other than PHX until there is a JCBA. It must really suck to be a WAFO, seems like most of you on this Web Board are.............stagnation sucks..........Look on the bright side, the Company is profitable with separate OPS, it won't be if they ever put it together. Like you keep reminding us on the East, be glad you have a job, back at you.

Enjoy this cesspool today,

NLG

P.S. DCA is still an East Crew Base.

Lighten up Francis.

Now run along and get back to your cubicle the taxpayers fund so incompetent pilots can get work.

I beg to differ.

There are 757 and 190 seats (the 190 seats being the topic of conversation) owed to the West via the TA and an arbitrated ruling. usapa being a scab outfit, has deemed it appropriate to steal those seats via forced seperate ops until they can steal them by the pie in the sky DOH wet dream. Oh, and there are 330 growth airplanes the scabs have stolen as well.

What is a WAFO? Since it ends in FO I assume it has something to do with First Officer. I have mantioned countless times on this board that I am a 320 captain and have been since well prior to the AWA aquisition of AAA. So, I reference you to my above post regarding MM and Claxon and the typical east pilot who can't get a clue.

DCA is still a crew base? My bad, I meant BOS.

Yes the company is profitable in seperate ops. Thanks for shouldering the burden on that laughable contract you work under. I think I will spend 65% of my profit sharing check on something nice for the Mrs., the other 35% will be given to AOL to sue the scab union. Your contribution is appreciated!
